My DB121 was delivered within a couple of days of ordering, quality of the crate is fantastic and fits in my VW crafter with plenty of space to still use the side door, would highly recommend

This is the second purchase from Dog box and both times it’s been great customer service, smooth service and delivered quickly. Can’t fault the products and I use the crates everyday and they are easy to keep clean.

From the outset Dogbox couldn’t of been more helpful, their advice for the right crate for my car to what colour I would like it to be was exceptionally. The product itself is outstanding. Even with my 4 dogs there’s more than enough room for them to be comfortable and I know they are safe. Outstanding from start to finish. Very highly recommend. We now have 5 large kennel boxes from Dog Box UK. The boxes are great quality and easily fit labs with room to spare.
The customer service is fantastic, if they have the boxes in stock they are sent out immediately, if not they keep you informed.

Our latest delivery was missing an internal rubber mat, no problem though, as soon as I realised I sent an email, 3 days later the mat had arrived.

Couldn't be happier.
