Very shady company. Buyer beware!

PLEASE STAY AWAY Ireceived 1 item ordered 4 .I'm out of 70.00 they said my 3 items was out of stock I still haven't received my refund .Had two take pictures of my item & envelope as if I was lying &they knew the whole time the item wasn't sent March 5 2020 is when I made my order. STAYAWAY!

I bought a personalized harness and leash for a friends dog. It was the wrong size. Dog City had me send in several photos and several emails later, they would not exchange the harness. Despite the dog being borderline in sizes (their words), they said I ordered the wrong size and could no help me. I wish I would have done some research and read the reviews on this company. Apparently I am not alone. They do not back their product. Do not order from this company.

Stay away from this company. I bought a harness which was the wrong size based on their size chart and would not allow an exchange. They're nothing but crooks that will take your money. No customer service. Please tell other dog lovers to stay away.

Buyer Beware: 100% satisfaction is a complete lie. I ordered a harness based on the chart provided for weight. The harness is extremely to large. 2 weeks later and 7 emails later they informed me that it is entirely my fault because i ordered the incorrect size and they will not even exchange the harness for the correct size. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The only reviews that are allowed on there website were 5 star with no issues. What a Scam. My suggestion to anyone looking into purchasing from this company- DON'T.

Do NOT buy anything from these crooks! I bought the harness size that was recommended for my dog and it's too big for him. They won't exchange the harness for a smaller size. They said that because it is "personalized" the sale is final. What a joke! The personalized pieces VELCRO to the harness!! They just like taking people's money!

Will not exchange for a smaller size. I used the measuring guide on their web site to determine size and it is to big. I contacted customer service and they will not exchange a personalized harness. The name patch is removable, all I need is a smaller harness. I offered to pay the freight.

I purchased an extra small harness for my 4 pound multipoo. According to their recommendations, it would fit. Even at the smallest adjustment, my dog slips right out of the harness. I asked to return the harness and they said no because it is personalized with a name tag. The harness is not personalized, it will fit any XS dog and should be returnable. The name tag is personalized but it has a Velcro backing so it isn't even attached to the harness. This is an expensive item and I'm very disappointed in DogCity's customer service. Buyer beware.

Ordered 3 items and only received 2 of them. Tried calling and E mailing them several times, NEVER got a response. They ripped me off $30. What a rip off.

This is the shadiest company on Earth. Can't get a refund. Took 2 months to even get a response by email. State it was a customized harness, wrong. Please do not ever use this company if you what to keep your sanity.they will give you the run around until it's to late to return your item. This is a low down company using the same lame excuse for everyone.

Ordered a harness with my dog's name on it. Got the harness in a timely manner. Size, color, and name was all correct. They answered my questions I had through email quickly and professionally. Very pleased with everything, would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a dog harness on 12.21.19. Received notice that it shipped 12.30.19. I checked on January 18 and was told it didn’t actually ship because of a system problem and they didn’t know if it would ship. I requested a refund and got an email the next saying it was refunded. Didn’t show up on my credit card and they said they emailed it to me and I would have to create a pay pal account to get it. I did that and still no refund as of today; January 25. They do not answer their phone and you can’t leave a voice message. They have stopped responding to my emails. Very fraudulent behavior for a company that can’t return 29.97. Dont risk it!!
