The product I ordered is wonderful, I couldn't be happier with it! My husband was surprised and very pleased with this gift and so many of our friends have expressed how much they like it as well. Customer service was a dream to work with, answering all my questions immediately and being so polite and caring. Wonderful people, wonderful company!

I was very happy with my custom gift, especially so close to the holiday. Their team immediately reached out to assist with the planning and even were open to my changes. It was worth paying a little extra to skip the line because it arrived before Christmas and my parents adored it.

Great gift. Was made originally with a red jeep and requested for it to be switched to a black one, to match my boyfriends Jeep. They made it without no issues. Customer service superb !!

I emailed with questions about the quality of my pillow and the lack of stuffing across the bottom, I wasn’t happy with it they gave me a credit I went to go buy another pillow to see if that was just a fluke and a mistake because my niece really wanted this pillow with her dogs picture on it so I use the credit Paid about $20 more which I figured I would just be able to order the same exact thing and not have additional fees so I reached out to them and asked them why I couldn’t use the coupon I received from a review from a different product I purchased and loved and their employee Mary accuse me of trying to gets free things and she was very rude and I felt her behavior was disgusting, not a good behavior to have from a small business it’s trying to make it good luck!!!

This is the best experience purchasing such a unique gift for each of my kids. The quality, customer service and communication was better than excellent. Joy, is excellent at her job and follows through in a timely manner. I wish I could name the portrait artists by name because they do great quality work. I defenitely recommend this company and I will use them again in the near future.

I can’t say enough good things about this company, the product and the communication. I have ordered two items so far and I’m sure I will order more. They make the perfect gift. They always send you a draft to review so you can approve it before they make the print. The dog prints I chose for my family were a MASSIVE hit! They were hung up immediately. I received one as a gift and that’s how my obsession started. I highly recommend this as the perfect gift.

The canvas came out beautiful and arrived just as stated. The company answered my emails promptly and offered to help with any questions I might have. They offer you a preview of your purchase to make sure it’s just the way you want it. Would highly recommend Dogvinci!

Ever since my first experience with doggovinci I continue to be more and more amazed at the standard of customer support especially from Joy and Joan, both ladies have been fantastic with responding to every question or concern I have.

The first items I ever ordered from doggovinci were the matching Hawaiian shirts for my dog Barchimedes and his granddad (my dad) I was very impressed with them. I left a review on Facebook about how good they were but happened to mention I’d have liked the dog one to have more of my dad’s face. I wasn’t expecting anything. I was happy with my purchase. But they reached out to me and said they would remake th dog shirt with the sizing of the faces smaller so that they fit better. I was so impressed. I chanced my arm to see if I could get the next size up, as Barchy’s shirt was just a little bit tight and I wanted it to last him. They were more than happy to do that even though that side of it was my error.

I have continued buying products from them because I am now aware of the high standards they take in producing their items and how good they are at staying in contact all the way.

I have since ordered two small canvases two large canvases (both of which I asked for changes in the stock photo side of it, again happy to do this for me) I have ordered two large blankets, amazing quality and the picture is transferred fantastically!
4 decals, one large Christmas wrapping paper, a tumbler , 2 mugs. some of these I’m waiting to receive still but I have zero doubt they will be anything less than up to the phenomenal standards that everything else has been so far! The art team deserves all the recognition they can get. I had wanted a picture of Barchy as Harry Potter for ages and had been watching different companies. Some of the more recent efforts I have seen leave a lot to be desired and yes doggovinci is a little more expensive than others for their canvases but you see that extra in the quality of the canvas you receive and realise it’s very much deserved. Plus there is the fact that they give discounts regularly so you can make up the difference there. But I would rather pay the few extra euros knowing that what I get in return for my money is an amazing canvas!

Regarding the customer service. I feel I need to put this team in its own paragraph. I used to work in customer service all my working years. I arrived to give a high standard which I felt allowed me then to demand a high standard in return.
I truly did my best and would go out of my way to help. But Joy and Joan blow me out of the water! They are phenomenal. They reply so quickly to any email any time (how they do this baffles me, I have insomnia and can be texting at any time day or night and one of these ladies will respond to me promptly!)
They are polite, they build rapport with the customer and have done so with me to the point I sign off my emails with my nickname and they address me with my nickname when they respond.
They are very attentive to each customer. I have mentioned various things that have been happening in my life around me or Barchy that delayed me in responding to them and they remember and might ask if everything is ok with it in our next correspondence.

I really cannot get over how incredible the staff at doggovinci are.

I have a Facebook group that was set up to help dogs and I have shared the images of the items I have ordered with the group and any discount codes that come my way via email. They are so impressed too and have often asked for the website address. So I hope some went and bought items for themselves.

They are fun and great quality and a nice way to remember your fur-baby when their time to cross the rainbow bridge comes!

Unfortunately my order got mixed up with someone else’s and I received the wrong item. Customer service was very helpful and offered to amend the situation. I chose to get a refund instead. My refund was processed immediately.

I was very happy with the out come of my canvas! I will definitely be using them again!! Highly recommended. Fast response to my emails. Mail was in timely manner and no damage!
