Unprofessional and rude

This brand does not care about the welfare of the dogs nor they have any idea how to design a safe product for them. AVOID!

I bought a very nice and stylish leather lead for my miniature poodle from this website, first asking them if it fits the small dogs stating my dog’s breed. unfortunately, the leash is around 250 g which is too heavy for my 3.5 kg dog. The weight of the leash mostly comes from the metal pieces.
After contacting with the customer service in a very kind language, all I heard was cynicism and rudeness. And display off no knowledge of dog’s well-being.
If you like your pet, avoid this brand for the leather outing accessories.
