I got them to install wire nly and they did a very poor job dog got out in one week called them they did nothings no had to fix the wire they put in there it very nice to deal with

Once the fence was in, Teresa walked us through a training session. She answered all of our questions and concerns. She showed us the correct way to train Jax. We had just a couple 10 minute follow up training sessions and we were good to go! It was so easy and not harmful to Jax at all. He got the hang of it so fast. We couldn’t believe it. I have worked with Teresa at Billone Fence for over 10 years, with 4 dogs trained to the fence over the years It's very easy to use, reliable and has many levels to customize for each dog. I love that my timid dog can have an audible tone only, but the rambunctious puppy can have the level 2 correction. The town cut the line once putting in a water line, and the line was cut when my driveway was being installed. I called Teresa and repairs were made in less than 24 hours. Anytime I call with a question she gets back to me in just a couple of hours. Service and support are fantastic. My current puppy, Hobbes, is a cattle dog mix. He got ahold of his collar and totally destroyed it. I called Teresa, ready to pay for a new receiver and imagine my joy when she told me the receiver is guaranteed for life, even if it's damaged by the dog! I got a new receiver in less than 24 hours and they have collars that are guaranteed for life too. I tell everyone I can about Billone Fence and Dogwatch, a top-notch product and service all around.

We have had a DogWatch fence for our Wheaten Terrier for 6 years now, and it has done a great job keeping him in the yard! It didn't take long at all to train him on it and Billone Fence has been wonderful. We installed a second fence at our cottage which has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Teresa and Dave. The professional and timely way they installed the fence and explained its features exceeded our expectations. The fence itself works incredibly well at keeping my four Golden Retrievers from running next door to the neighbor's dog or disappearing into the woods. Even the UPS man can't get my dogs out of the fence! Teresa was amazing at training them. It took one walk around the fence the first day and then about half way when she came again. And she would have kept coming until they were fully trained if there had been a need to. They were extremely nervous at first and now just run happily and almost never get close enough to get shocked. They have lost weight and are not stress chewing from being on cables. They have had more exercise in the past 3 weeks then they have had in their entire lives.Hats off to Dave and Teresa and if there had been a million stars I would have clicked them all!

My experience with Teresa and Dave was amazing. Our dogs have always had a fenced in yard so was afraid to try invisible fence. They made us feel confident . The install and training was amazing. It had been over a year and our dogs have never left the yard. The best part is if you need anything they are always right there to help you right awAy. Dog Watch is the best! The only thing that is better is the personal care and service that you get with Billone Fence! We started using dog watch over 15 years ago. We have our second dog with them now. Their personal training is amazing. We have had no issues with the dog watch equipment at all. We had a fence installed and the line was accidentally severed. The monitor immediately told us there was a problem and I contacted Dave and Teresa. It was repaired that day! We can feel confident in letting our dog out whenever they want and not worry about him leaving the yard. He rarely ever tests the perimeter because he knows his limits. If he does, he is given a audible warning and stops in his tracks. It’s so reassuring that if we are out playing ball or he’s playing with the kids that I know he won’t leave the yard. I’ve recommended numerous friends and neighbors and I’ve never had anyone that’s hasnt thanked me for the referral later.

We have had dogwatch for over ten years and it's still working perfectly. We just recently adopted two dogs and needed them retrained on the fence. Teresa came out and was able to make the training very simple and easy showing us all the right steps to take to train are young pups. I would recommend Dogwatch by Billone fence to anyone interested in buying an electric fence for their pets as it works as intended and with the help of Teresa made it very easy to work as our dogs looked at her and as if she was a dog wisperer.

What a super outfit and product. I have had this system on my property for over 18 years and NO issues. Laid enough wire to outline my 5+ acres including crossing a creek 2 times. Always had 2-3 dogs and they know the lines and now so do the squirrels and woodchucks,the deer on the other hand give them a run for my money but never crossed. I have had to replace a few collar boxes but my pups play rough and the boxes sometimes don’t stand up to pit bull jaws. Funny thing is when I do take collars off for a burger run they feel naked until the smell of BEEF ! Can’t say enough good !
