Theresa and Dave are wonderful. We met with Theresa to go over the entire process and costs prior to making a decision. She was very thorough and friendly. When we made our decision they scheduled us right away. On the day of installation Dave put in the system, again very friendly. As soon as he finished Theresa was there to give our dog her first training. I recommend them and this system of fencing to anyone thinking of pet containment that is safe and doesn’t block your yard from the outside world.

My system is in alarm and has an intermittant problem. They could not isolate the problem on one visit. The system is still screeching and it’s been close to six weeks and they still have not been back to resolve the issue. To be fair, I have not called them back, but they they knew it wasn’t repaired when they left. I am going to call them back and is what can be done to resolve this issue. I would be devastated if my dog was to get out of the contament area.

They truly were great to work with. The only reason I gave 4 Stars was because it took several weeks for them to get out to do the work.

Teresa is the main point of contact and was patient, easily accessible and answered all our questions. Dave did the installing of the "fence" and was very easy to work with and accommodating.
After the install, Teresa came over on two occasions and did the dog training and that was about all it took. We got the upgraded system with the app that allows you to see how much activity the dogs are getting as well as if they are testing the fence. Though expensive, the upgraded system is still hundreds less than the other, better known, dog fence company.
All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend DogWatch by Billone Fence.

Dog Watch is the best, we have been using there service for close if not more than 20 years!! Have had 4 pups on the system with an acre of property. If ever an issue, a simple phone call or email and Teresa is there to help!! Great company ~ thanks for keeping my pups safe 😊🐾💜

We have used the Dog Watch underground fence since 1994. We bought it here in New York State took the unit to Tennessee in 1995 and back again to New York in 2010. We tried to install new wire ourselves but after having to call Billone Fence to find the breaks in it several times had them come and install the wire for us. It's been well worth the money spent, has only broken once since then when we had some yard work done. They have always been very responsive when we have had a break and it is fixed in a matter of a couple days at most. I would highly recommend Billone Fence and the Dogwatch underground System.

System works great, if I have a line break they are here in a short time to find it and fix it

AMAZING PRODUCT! I have had the other name brand and how annoying and costly to keep ordering batteries! Also, here in New York where the snow can pile high, I like that I have options to change sensor and the auto 24 hour increase if dog tests or runs through the "fence." Love the washable collar, free lightning proof product and fast install. I've had this now 3.5 years and have had great service. Fast battery delivery ( one on hand just in case, yup it has lasted this long) Almost forgot, the battery will tell you when it's low!! The competition does not! OMG, that would be scary if my German shepherd got out!

Teresa Billone is great to work with. Her company installed our under ground fence 9 years ago. She is very professional and spent a lot of time training our dog when it was first installed. She is always an email away if I need anything. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I have had my fence since 2006. Billone fence has always been helpful with any problems ( very few), and training. After 11 years, I lost my lab and got a poodle. Entirely different types of dogs to train. Teresa came out, checked and marked the fence and gave me a refresher course in training with the fence. Was always ready to answer any questions I had. I have and would recommend Billone Fence and DogWatch to anyone.

We lost our last dog to an accident when our self-installed underground fencing kept failing (I so miss her). We have had DogWatch installed for a few years now and have had absolutely no problems. The only hesitation is the cost of additional collars. The installation cost was high but expected, but I watch other dogs on a regular basis and it would be nice to buy extras if the cost wasn't so prohibitive.
