We had our fence put on two years ago and the whole Dogwatch team was amazing. I was impressed from the very start. Last week the cable company cut the fence line burying a cable. Even though I sent an email after hours to get help, Emily got us on the schedule for an appointment the very next afternoon. Our fence was fixed in less than 24 hour! That is GREAT customer service! I highly recommend Dogwatch of Columbus!!

I INTERVIEWED SEVERAL COMPANIES BEFORE DOG WATCH TO SEE WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE FOR MY PET AND FOUND DOG WATCH TO BE THE ONLY COMPANY I WOULD CONSIDER. ASIDE FROM THEIR AFFORDABLE PRICING AND QUALITY TRAINING, THEY HAVE BEEN WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH ANY ISSUES THAT HAVE ARISEN IN THE PAST 1 1/2 YEARS BATTERIES ARE MAILED AS NEEDED, WIRES WERE MOVED QUICKLY WHEN I HAD WORK DONE IN MY YARD THAT REQUIRED DIGGING. AFTER THE PROJECT WAS FIINISHED, THEY WERE QUICK TO RETURN AND REBURY THE WIRES. I CAN'T GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE FOR THEIR SERVICE AND LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. We have had great success with the dogwatch hidden fence! Our German shepherd has safely stayed in her boundaries ever since we've had the fence!! The collar is very durable and the batteries are still good and it's been almost two years of constant use. I would highly recommend this company and their product to any dog owner!
