I cannot thank Keith and his son for installing the invisible fence. My rambunctious Cockapoo "Willy" learned the flags very quickly. He loves his freedom and I love my peace of mind.
My only regret is, I didn't call Dog Watch last year.!!!!

Keith was very knowledgable and reassuring. Nervous about setting up the containment field with two gentle dogs, excellent explaination and informed guidance was provided.
Even though the fence was for our cottage, We have had no trouble training our Aussie Shepherd and Duck Toller. Both are safe and happy within just several weekends.

Keith and Trixie are so wonderful to work with. We had a mishap with some water issues 4 weeks after the installation and I called on a Friday and they came right out... on the weekend! We appreciated their prompt commitment to getting our Sadie’s fence back up and running! Thanks so much and most definitely recommend having them do an install for your family pet! Works awesome! Our Sadie was well trained to stay in bounds within 2-3 weeks! So much in fact when it was not working, she still thought it was! Thanks again!

I am very happy with the service and installation of the dog watch fence. Our installer was very informative and knowledgeable and we would have no worries if we needed to contact him for advice, recommendations etc. Overall 100% worth the investment!!

My parents had DogWatch fence installed a decade or two ago and it is still functioning. And what is more on the one or two occasions they've needed a service call it's been hassle free. Even out in the boonies like they are.

I chose DogWatch myself 8 years ago when I had to put money in to fencing at a new home. I love it! The support has been amazing through a couple of new dogs. Also for two line breaks, I thought I knew where the line was and didn't. Very useful that the system yells at you so you know as soon as there is a break.

Excellent. Keith and Trixie immediately returned our phone call enquiry; made a quick appointment and subsequent date for installation. Questions and concerns are promptly dealt with. We are very pleased with the fence, since we no longer worry about the dogs running after deer, or on to the road. Good stuff.

Thought we should drop you a line to let you know how Cash, our 6 month old Australian Cattle Dog is doing. The system was installed when his was 4 months old and after one week of training, we were able to let him out alone and he totally respected the line he is not supposed to cross. He will sit and wait on his side while we go out to get the mail. When other dogs or people walk by, he sits down and watches them go past. We would recommend this system for any dog owner. A very good investment for us & we have peace of mind knowing he is safe.

We first came across Keith (and DogWatch) after being scammed by the local Invisible Fence company (stay away - they took our deposit, then claimed they had no record of the money or of us as customers. We never got our money back). We called DogWatch and haven't looked back. Keith was fantastic to deal with, he is very friendly, professional and clearly loves his job and dogs too. We just moved to a new house and installed a second system with Keith, who remembered our family and again provided us with a great fence system. If you are comparing the two companies - PLEASE - give these honest and hard working people your business. We are very, very happy DogWatch customers!
