Wonderful meeting the dog watch owners and they quickly showed they were well knowledgeable about pets the system. They were very helpful when it came time for install and training. I have 4 dogs and was very hesitant it worked awesome for all four of them. 5 months later and still no issues. We are a success story to keep our dogs free yet safe on our property

The service was excellent. The problem is extremely stubborn dogs who, no matter how high the setting is on the collar, they will run through the flags take a shock and keep on going. Was hoping this would stop them from leaving the yard.

I don't have a problem telling family and friends about Dog-watch, very friendly helpful. and gets back quickly..! Its like having someone watching over my fur babies...!!

We got our Dog Watch fence for our cats and were really hesitant at first, because reviews on line weren’t that great when it came to fencing for cats. They talked to us about the differences between cats and dogs, how to train etc and ensured we were comfortable with our decision before moving forward. We are thrilled at the results! We have two kittens that are safe within the boundaries of our yard now because of the invisible fencing and would recommend it to anyone considering one for either cats or dogs!!

Great and honest service. They take their time to explain every detail and little tricks that will help you train your dog. Did not take long at all to train my dogs. Works fantastic.

Keith did an up front review, made recommendations, including a loop encompassing lake frontage, delivered on time, Installation was well planned out and clean. Next was training us, then a lesson for our dog. System works as advertised, has no flaws. Our dog very quickly took the cues and is now safe from harm via vehicles.

I cannot say enough good things about DogWatch of Southeastern Ontario. Not only were they absolutely wonderful, professional and friendly to deal with, but the after care was exceptional. The training was well explained to me and I was taken through the steps without feeling rushed. Any follow-up questions I had were answered promptly (almost immediately) by email and I was encouraged to call if I still had a question. Hidden fencing was really the only thing that made sense on my large property but I still wasn't convinced it would be as great as I'd hoped. I was wrong! It is life-altering. My dogs (two mini Dachshunds) learned the sytem quickly and no longer have to be on leads all the time They are now spending hours each day roaming free, chasing squirrels and birds (the dogs stop dead in their tracks when they get near the edge of their safe zone) and playing with each other. I can relax on my deck and read a book without constantly having to untangle them. They are happy and sleep better at night. I was worried about how they would react to having their special collars on but they don't even notice. I leave them on all day because I also have hidden "fencing" on the inside of my house so the dogs can't get into two of my main rooms and chew the furniture! (No more having to barricade the entrances to these two rooms.) I take the collars off at night. I couldn't possibly be more thrilled. I'm pretty sure Sunshine and Poppy are also thrilled because now they get to have way more fun racing around outdoors. I would highly recommend this company!

It worked like a charm as promised!

It only took 48 hours for our 10 month old Saint Bernard, River, to learn. Only had to raise the intensity once. She hears the beep in her collar and backs off. We can relax that River is safe and won't venture off.

Scheduling a time for set-up was a snap, and the visit/estimate was super smooth as well. We also really appreciated the initial training - I would gladly recommend this product to any dog-owner!

One of the best investments I made when I moved here was to purchase my invisible fence from dogwatch.
The fence is fabulous I have complete trust in it knowing that my dog is safe and it gives my her so much freedom.
After the training period we did have one incident where my poor dog did go into the "zone" and poor girl got zapped! But I phoned dogwatch immediately and they talked me through what to do next. That was over two years ago now and my dog stays well away from the fence. She knows exactly where it is and not even a squirrel can temp her to go past it! Excellent.

I have had dog watch for over 10 years. I will always have it no matter where I live. I recommend it highly. The service is excellent when I need help they are here almost immediately. I can’t say enough good about the product and the service.

They were very helpful at providing and explaining information. They helped decide what would be the best options for us. They made sure we understood how everything worked and have been quick to respond to any calls we have made. Polite, professional and dependable; what else could you ask for?

I love this unit and they installed the same day..easy to train my dogs..nice peace of mind and the batteries last a long time
