Test result came back quick enough, the results were explained clearly with areas of health that's needs attention. It was less worrying understanding what was already working, what was not and what needs to be improved on. Clear precise and straight to the point.

Early days, but I like this new company. I really trust Dr Rangan Chatterjee, which is why I signed up. I've had one set of blood results so far. Really easy to schedule tests, results back in 2-3 days, presented in easily accessible format with very clear explanation of what they mean and a optimal-to-poor score for each test. I don't think I'll make much use of the coach, but we'll see. You get a biological age and it would be helpful to understand how they calculate that and what it's particularly sensitive to, ie, what you can target to improve in your lifestyle. But I think it's good value for money, trustworthy and has integrity.

Just started with DoHealth and it took 2 days to get my blood results and good explanation of my results and ideas and agreement of some changes to lifestyle and diet . So far very pleased and would recommend highly .

The price of things wasnt clear so i emailed and got a reply within 2 hrs. This kind of response is hardly heard of so i was pleased with outcome

Easy to follow

I love the concept of DoHealth, and there’s really nothing else like it out there that offers same value for money. Appointments are readily available, and being based in London there are so many clinics to choose from. The clinic I selected was pleasant, and results did not take long to arrive. It has started off on a great foot, and so I am excited to see how it will continue to improve in offering in depth personalised plans( my plan seems quite vague and generic, and everything advised I already do), and hopefully adding biomarkers to the core test eg hormones.

The customer service rubbish- I signed up twice and app doesnt work then no way to get intouch with customer service.
The app doesnt have a section to make appointments for blood tests so I havent had a blood test then keeps sending messages saying the results are delayed - the stress is killing - zzzzzzzzzz eventually able to book first blood test after 6 emails to customer service

I live in an area that is not easily accessible for the blood tests. On querying this Do refunded my money instantly without me even asking. I do hope that the blood tests do become more accessible in the future. Thank you

Great service - very quick getting blood test results and excellent explanations. The health coach Joy is extremely helpful.

I work at the hospice and unfortunately if a slightest thing hurts, I think the worst case scenario’s because thats my working environment daily. I felt fatigued and tired and GP couldn’t find the problem

Great so far. Only 4 days in though

Enjoying the app so far. However, as a hashimotos sufferer I would like to have thyroid antibodies added to the blood tests. As someone who is actively trying to lower my antibodies it’s disappointing that I have to have a further full thyroid panel done at the same clinic at an additional cost.
