Quality phone, simple purchase.
I had a really simple experience with Doji, I ordered a phone rated 'Excellent', expecting to wait the 2-5 days however it arrived the next day!
The phone itself is in mint condition and seems to have very good battery condition and no scratches anywhere... one tiny scuff mark near the charge port, that's it.
All in all, I can thoroughly recommend Doji and you can even be a little smug about doing your (admittedly small) bit for the planet.

I love Doji's concept.
Thoroughly checking and inspecting a device's worthiness before sending it off to a buyer.
How it should be really, rather than the seller just fobbing you off with YOUR hard earned money.

Excellent service and communication, super pleased with my purchase
Website was really easy to use and navigate, options all clear. Communication and service was excellent. I’d selected an excellent quality iPhone 14 Pro, been matched with a seller, upon Doji inspecting the phone they had downgraded it to a very good, they contacted me immediately with my options, one of which was a discount for the downgraded quality. I choice to wait for another excellent quality phone, and received further notification that my choice was being actioned. I received further updates about delivery, which was still very prompt. Phone arrived, packaged well, in expected condition and working as expected. Very pleasant experience, would recommend and use again.

I recently made a purchase from Doji and while I wasn't 100% happy with the device (there were some hardware issues & extremely poor battery life, but these things happen from time to time with refurbs I guess) I have no doubt that Doji will do everything they can to resolve the issue for me as they went above and beyond in helping me initially after I made my purchase.
