Really good experience dealing with Doji. First order had to be cancelled. Gave a full Refund straight away and offered a £20 voucher for the inconvenience. 2nd phone promptly arrived. Classed as ‘very good’ I can’t fault it. Would recommend. Phones are completely priced

Ordered an Excellent (like new) iPhone. Received a phone that was in a very bad condition with marks on the back panel and the screen edges were showing signs of glue. The phone condition was obviously not checked by DOJI.

However, the Customer Service was excellent and refunded me very quickly after posting the phone back.

Good service throughout

Bought a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max from Doji. Experienced a minor problem when the unit I originally ordered wasn’t then available from the seller but they notified me promptly and provided me with alternatives, one of which I was happy to accept. They shipped the replacement unit urgently (I received it next day) and also extended the date for me to return my trade in unit. All in all I’m very satisfied with both the handset (which was in excellent condition) and the service received. Happy to recommend.
