The process was seamless in purchasing a phone from Doji. I purchased a 'good' quality Iphone 13 a few weeks ago, and the phone is perfect. I have had no issues, and I am extremely impressed with the product quality. You will not find a phone in this condition for such a low price anywhere else! Cannot recommend enough.

The iPhone 14 arrived after a couple of days well packaged and on time. The phone was as described with no marks and looks brand new. The phone is a maximum of 14 months old so I have a almost new phone for half price.

** PLEASE AVOID AS I WILL IN FUTURE **
All I ever received from Doji was an empty box instead of the phone I ordered!
Fearing a scam I tried to contact Doji, during normal office hours, by phone (no answer), online chat (offline), and even WhatsApp chat (no reply). In the end I was forced to resort to the ‘contact us’ form on their website. Two hours later I got the first ‘please send us more information and pictures’ email. I provided all the information and evidence they asked for, in total sending sixteen emails (yes 16!) but finally, given my last three emails, asking for a prompt replacement or refund, got no response for over 24 hours and as the phone was now an overdue gift, I was forced to order a replacement from another company (a 'community mobile network provider’ which I’d highly recommended for refurbished phones - click my name to see my review of them!) and file a payment dispute with my credit card company.
Only AFTER I’d received the refund from my credit card company did Doji finally reply (after a 48 hour delay) to say they would send a replacement or refund! Coincidence, I don’t think so! So basically, I will never order from them again and, to avoid yourself a load of hassle, I’d strongly recommend you avoid them too.

Please allow us to offer an explanation - not a justification. Yours was the second cause, in less than a day, of a new kind of theft where packages are carefully tampered with. Up to now, the cases have been more obvious. This created a need to investigate and, without the help of the Royal Mail (that still hasn’t answered our inquiries).
We acknowledge our failure in promptly communicating with you during this period and making these issues clear. Black Friday created an extra strain on our Customer Support team. We understand the importance of timely assistance, and we deeply apologise for falling short in this aspect.
In light of these events, we have changed our protocols and established a dedicated team to handle such cases swiftly and ensure clearer communication. We thank you for your feedback as it guided us to improve our services and prevent such incidents in the future.

Problem identified and we were reassured within a couple of hours. Phone battery 83% instead of 85 and we were offered a full refund or a discount. Both phones pristine looking.
