I purchased from Dollar2Host Reseller web hosting hosting. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues with the quality of service, which has rendered it nearly unusable. The frequent errors and incompatibility with my websites have been a significant inconvenience. not recommended at all

Recently, I was charged for a renewal that I did not authorize. It appears that the renewal was processed automatically without my explicit consent, resulting in a $264 charge to my account. I contacted your support team the following day to request a refund, but was informed that I am not eligible due to my status as a returning customer.
They said it was set on Auto renewal, which i cant see this button ? and i never clicked on Renewal button in the first place ?, it must be set by default to charge you
Despite several attempts to resolve this matter via email, my request for a refund has been consistently denied. I am deeply disappointed by this response and feel that I have been unfairly charged for a service that does not meet my needs. and very poor servers.

I urge you to reconsider my request and process a refund for the $264 charged to my account. and never refunded me because of exciting customer policy ????????????????????????????????? what this taken money under there policies

I had a problem uploading images to my website and reported this to Dollar2host and they replied very promptly and sorted out the problem for me. The customer service at D2H is as excellent as ever I highly recommend that you use their services.
