Beautifully presented
Easy to order ready quickly even though it was over the Christmas period received email letting me know it was ready and was so beautifully wrapped as it was a gift I didn't open it to check the earrings I couldn't replicate the presentation but I was present when it was opened and they were beautiful.
Will definitely use the store/website again to treat myself

Disappointing.
There were unsightly black marks on the metal rings where the rings were welded together to attach the charms to the bracelet. Shame as the crystals and the bracelet itself was quite pretty. Returned as not suitable for a gift.

There is sometimes still some residue from the welding machine that can sometimes be seen after we clean it with a silver cloth - this easily comes off with a soft cloth. Apologies if this was missed, you could have returned it to us for a clean or we could have advised you over the phone. We await your bracelet return and hope we see you here again in the future x
