If I had read reviews before ordering a doll from this company, honestly I would have stayed well clear of them believing they were a scam, uncooperative and best avoided.

In my own personal experience with dollishreborn they could not have been more helpful, totally professional and completely understanding.

The doll I ordered was recieved in good time but unfortunately she had to be returned at my own expense. This however was no fault of dollish reborn.

I contacted the company via e mail and received a reply within a couple of hours.

I recieved my full refund in full literally 3 days after I posted the doll back.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company and definitely intend on using them in future.

Todays current climate is hard enough for businesses so I believe that positive reviews when deserved definitely should be written.

i order a doll from this website and it was nothing like the picture it was one of the doll you'll get from Walmart like it wasn't even a reborn i payed almost a 100 dollars for that and they gonna talk about no refund can you believe that but do not and i repeat do not buy from them they are most def a SCAM

The doll I received was of poor quality and looked nothing like the doll I ordered. I tried to return it but was told I would have to pay an exorbitant amount to ship it to China.

Do not buy from this company. You will not have 100% guarantee like they claim on the site. I am very disappointed to not have the beautiful doll on the website to give to my daughter for her birthday. I don’t even want to give her the one I got because I wanted to give her a dark skinned doll to identify with her own skin color. The doll I got was fair skinned. Total loss.

The company is located in California they seem to be a legal site!

Recently ordered a doll from this company the one that they sent me was shameful they claim to have reborn baby dolls this was a plastic doll could see the scalp hair was just sporadically here in there, this place is a scam do not and I repeat do not order from this place!Shame on this company!

Live and learn and so I have. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased one of these things.The boy I ordered for my daughter turned out to be a ugly Hispanic girl doll. These people NEVER pick up the phone when you call .I wonder if they will answer my email ? The money is not as off putting as the fact that this doll was for my special needs daughter ,who has asked me every day sense CHRISTMAS if her baby has come yet. So take it from me you don’t want to do business with these people ! They don’t care !!!

I would give a zero for stars if I could. This doll is the most hideous doll you could receive. The quality is awful and the hair is so sparse and fuzzy that there is no way to do anything with it. I did receive an email from them after Xmas that I could refuse the package as I tried to cancel immediately after reading review and was disconnected numerous times. Friends and family have commented that the doll is creepy looking and hideous. Needless to say my granddaughter is very disappointed as this doll looks nothing like I ordered. I replied negatively to their e mail and magically their e mail and mine both have disappeared from my inbox. What a scam and shame on these people who make claims that are false and deceitful.

Well this site is a SCAM but I did recieve a beautiful doll. I feel terrible for giving them my money and sorry for people whos dolls came nothing like the picture. But mine was beautiful even if it wasnt the kit I ordered.

I cant rate this but my mom is trying to get one for me and I want it to be perfect can u guys recommend a reborn baby to me!

This site is a total scam first of all The dolls say they’re percent off not true reborn dolls are one of a kind they usually range to $200 dollars to $500 dollars silicone vinyl is not real fake and silicone baby dolls take lots of time to make they are usually over $1000 dollars I know that seems like a lot but it is really not for a silicone a blank kit alone is about $1000 dollars I know it takes a long time to save up this much for a reborn or a silicone doll but Ashton Drake sells cute cheap realistic looking dolls I mean they are cute but not reborns I can recommend four sites where you do not get scammed reborns.com Aliyah’s reborn.com Facebook and on Facebook book you can search for Reborn baby dolls for sale in the USA only nd you will get a great quality reborn dolls and one more thing how I know this is a scam is because you they show one or two photos and the prices are to low.

Received my delivery but I am disappointed with the doll's hair. The color is completely different and It does not look like the hair on the website at all. Not a nice look or feel to it (frizzy and not nice). Overall I expected it to be soft and more real looking. Not happy at all. Picture on website and actual doll is totally different. Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered it.

Would give no stars if I could!!! Have since learnt my lesson, but it was a lesson learned too late. Bought my 1st reborn doll from this disgusting site! Got the doll today, after months of waiting, and it’s horrible, not one thing about it I like! Bald patches on the back of it’s head, the eyes are terrifying and the doll is a girl and not a boy, like I ordered! They send you dolls that look nothing like what you ordered, and you never get your money back!!! This site is a scam, and is preying on people’s desires and lack of knowledge. Reborn babies are one-of-a-kind hand-painted pieces of art and the photos on this site and others like it are blatantly stolen from real artists’ listings. The sculpts have also been stolen and you will either get a poor reproduction or a completely different doll. You will never get the doll pictured, especially not a full-bodied silicone doll, let alone a vinyl kit. The majority of blank, unpainted, un-assembled kits cost more than the dolls on this site. The baby that I am getting from a legitimate artist has her photos on this website! Do your research and support real artists, not knock-off scam sites.

Absolutely disgusting can’t believe people can take so much money and sell such crap to people!!! Terrible quality nothing like I ordered... never got offered a new doll just compensation of 30 dollars. This is fraud do not buy from this so called company!!!

i bought 2 dolls. both looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The quality is far below par. They can be so scary in a horror movie they are :(

They should not even get one star. They send me the wrong doll. Feels and smells nothing like a reborn. I got scammed my mom who is upset depressed got scammed. When try to buy from a great place they intervene. You think you are buying legit and china sneaks in scammers scammers need shut down !

Total scam, I ordered a doll for my granddaughter 11/16/2019 and it’s now 07/14/2020 and still haven’t received it. The price of the reborn doll was listed at $107.00 and they added an additional $60.00 for a promotional charge so In total I lost $179.00 including shipping cost and taxes. I sent several emails and never a reply. Stay away from this site!
