I'm only giving it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Do not buy. Doll was nothing like the one I ordered! First of all it was Boy in girl clothes. They spray painted the body red looks like sunburn. Eye is messed up. Hair was a cheap wig not hand rooted. Won't return emails

I would’ve given this website a 0…

I would’ve given this website a 0 rating if possible. I ordered a silicone baby that was priced at $97.00 totaling $127.00 including shipping cost but was charged a total of $179.00. I ordered November 15,2019 and still haven’t received it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my 3 year old granddaughter. However, I’ve made several attempts to contact them at the email address provided on their website and can’t get a response from anyone. The don’t have a physical contact number listed anywhere on the website. I made the transaction through PayPal and was refunded $127.00 instead of the $179.00 I actually paid. This website is a scam, Don’t waste your money.

BEWARE

Purchased this doll till it was to late. So I went and did my own research. They have at least 3 different websites under the same info just different name. The first one is Reborndolls, Rebirthdolls, and Dollishreborndolls. There could be more but they all have the same Customer service email and
Address :Sheung Wan, Hong Kong RM 503, 5/F WAYSON COMMERCIAL BULIDGING 28 CONNAUGHT ROAD WEST. I contacted PayPal and they are running an investigation. This is the only bad thing about PayPal ANYONE can make a profile. It’s not right for these people to take advantage of us. So next time do research before buying anything from websites you normally don’t use.also there Facebook and instagram icons don’t work. (What you do to others the universe will return in ways you least expect) !!

Awful scammers!!! Very upset little girl!!

They advertise the most beautiful dolls, but send out the scariest looking cheap rubbish that is not safe to give my girl to play with. My 10yr old girl lost £130 to this rubbish - it’s so awful to think that they can knowingly do this to children - I have pictures of the dolls available upon request - they are scary and nothing like the advertisement - PLS DO NOT BUY!!!!

This company is based in China. They use stolen photos from real hard working artists and send out stolen sculpts that look nothing like the photos.

Buyer beware.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS
They stole pics and videos and falsely advertise. They do not send silicone and they illegally copied vinyl kits. They factory paint them and send them with awful machine rooted hair (like barbies) or a shiny fake wig.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! This is a company based in China with many different names. The doll pictures were stolen images from the actual artist and this company does not have these dolls in their possession. I was scammed by them before finding a post on Bountiful Baby.com which lists all the names they know of for this company. It won't allow me to post the link to it but it is worth looking up and sharing wherever possible! Reborndollsgiftshop.com and Anne Baby are also not legitimate sites.
