Piss poor low brow tatics. Deposit $30 and get 50fs if only it was that easy. To activate bonus requirements are you contact customer support to activate, warning if you spend any credit you automatically lose your 50fs, tap on live chat says zen desk not available, of course it isn’t !!!! Then find email, sent email to find out what’s up?? and received email from zen desk saying they will review my question first and will be in contact, 40 min later still nothing. F#%king scums regret ever deposit anything through them.

CRYPTO WITHDRAWS 4-5 weeks waiting period

CRYPTO USERS WARNING!!!Good casino I won 5k off a deposit bonus, beat the bonus and was left with 1k to withdraw through Lite Coin although after 4 weeks of waiting my withdraw hadn't even been processed, by the fifth week I ended up canceling withdraw and just rinsing the money. not sure about bank account transfers but be wary when trying to withdraw medium to large amounts using crypto.

7 DAYS AND WAITING FOR MY $140 WITHDRAWAL…

Just a heads up not only like another person stated in the reviews about the false advertising of the withdrawal limit and enticing people to spend their winnings. I am currently waiting 7 DAYS for a withdrawal! And it’s only for $140.. that’s ridiculous. When I contacted support about it being past the 3 day wait (which they advised me on the second day when I enquired about how long will it be) they told me it’s 3 days for THEIR TEAM to process it then it can be 3-5 days for your bank to process it. So technically saying it’s up to 3 days for withdrawals it’s more could be over a week.

Thought I write a review for smaller bet players. Dolly casino is more for (The richer) type of people that gamble $1000s each time they play. I'm a small player that has depoisted between $1000 and $2000 since i started playing. The site says its a monthly withdrawal of $17,500 but a account manager was provided to me once reaching level 4 and they confirmed the most important could cashout each month (30days) is $3000. Now for any small player to get a big win, without being able to cash it out your 99.9% more than likely going to play with your winnings until there's none left as who's waiting months to cash out... if you win $12,000 we'll that's going to take 4 months to cash out. I don't know how no one else has gone i to detail regarding this as it's a cheap trick to take your money without paying out as much as other casinos.

For dolly casino to be $3000 a month withdrawal
And other casinos to be like reef and royal to be $9000 a day withdrawal.
Bit cheap if you ask me and to have stated $17,500 a month on your site but actaully not be correct. Lucky I was assigned a account manager before I kept deposting thinking I might hit the big one.

If you win be prepared to wait longer than their usual wait times. The website lists withdrawal timeframe of 1 to 3 business days (this is also the case for crypto). Customer service will tell you their withdrawal timeframe is actually 3 to 5 business days. After 5 business days they will tell you, your withdrawal is delayed with no actual reason why (even when your account is verified). Customer service tells you different stories with every different person your connected to. Frustrating!
