It appears we were lucky compared to other people using this company. Avoid using them at Heathrow. Terrible service. Meet and Greet, means to them meet and wait a very long time. Had to phone three times. Car finally turned up 45 minutes later

When collecting my car, the owner (KANDIAH, Kamalanesan) refused to hand over my keys and ticket unless I gave him £20 for my flight being delayed.

I also found out he stole my sunglasses, hayfever medication!?!?, my son’s disabled badge!!!! And some other items

He also owns Apple parking which has terrible reviews.

Obviously a thief and scumbag who’s allowed to get away with these things

Horrible experience from horrible people with very poor customer service. I dropped off my vehicle at Heathrow for 2weeks, and while I was away my vehicle was clearly used to pick passengers. On arrival, the car was returned with visible body scratches, dirt all over the interior and a damaged front wheel and tyre. Having complained, I was asked to send pictures. I did but they never followed up or responded till date. Subsequent calls to the company were met with rude responses from their agents. Do not use this company!

Waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for pick up today at Southampton cruise port !! Supposed to be 9am !! Won’t be using again

Don't touch this company with a barge pole! They offer a 'meet and greet' service at Heathrow. When we arrived home after our holiday we discovered a parking fine with photographs of our car on the day after we left. This proved that the company was using our car to drop other customers off while we were abroad. When confronted with the incontrovertible evidence, they initially agreed to pay the parking fine. They even asked for my bank details to transfer the money to me. But did they pay up? No chance. Complete bunch of crooks!
