I wouldn’t go anywhere else
As a returning customer over many years I would not go anywhere else for kitchen appliances. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I was kept updated with delivery and the guys who delivered my washing machine were great.

Always brilliant. I have shopped here for over 20 years. Now my two grown up kids are shopping there now themselves. The staff are so helpful they would not let you walk out of there with something they know would not meet your personal requirements. They guide they chat and advise. I made a phone call to…
I made a phone call to domestic-appliances on Friday 7th June 2024 for help with the type of oven I was looking for to replace my existing one. I spoke to Lee, who really knows his stuff. From my description alone, he named the make of my existing oven, and explained that they were no longer manufactured and which two brands I now needed to be looking at. He provided me with the website address so I could take a look at products available/ costs Etc, and explained the type of oven I should be looking for. I called back a short while later, spoke to Lee again, and he dealt with my purchase over the phone, and arranged the installation date for my new oven (Monday 10th June 2024). Absolutely faultless service, with a bit of banter thrown in. I can’t praise or recommend this company enough. Cheers guys 😊

Faulty Appliance
We have shopped at Built in Appliances for what seems forever since their days in Breck Road Liverpool. We totally refurbished our kitchen some years ago and bought all the appliances from them.
We bought a new Haier dishwasher - Following a competent installation process the machine leaked whilst running the cycle.
It was installed on the Wednesday so we called on the Thursday morning to inform them of the problem.
They were so reluctant to simply swap the appliance that it took many argumentative phone calls to resolve the replacement and it wasnt until the following Wednesday thet the machine was replaced.
We also had to pay for the re-installation which really was unacceptable - we were desperate for the machine to be installed given our daughter was home from Australia with her new born baby.
All her friends & relatives have visited since her arrival last friday (in this sequence) and we had a million glasses/plates - you name it - without a dishwasher !!!!!!!
Built in Appliances did not & do not take responsibility - they have a supply only mindset

We've bought goods from Built-In Kitchen Appliances several times over the past few years. Every time we've found them to be very competitive on price, helpful, and honest. Their delivery is a good price and generally within a couple of days of purchace. What's not to like. A++++

Made an enquiry regarding a fridge, they no longer supplied a direct replacement however recommended a different type that would be suitable, they had great communication and were extremely helpful! Ordered the Friday and it was delivered the Monday, fantastic service!
