This company is a joke. They scheduled my repair with a company that does not service GE appliances. Now after waiting 2 weeks they have booked me out another week to some other company that can’t confirm who can supposedly work on my appliance. You can’t make this up.

The repairman was professional and courteous; he did an overall evaluation of the situation and checked with his office regarding the solution. He was on time, on point and came to a decision in a reasonable amount of time. Most of all, he fixed the problem after evaluating which parts were needed.

I agree with Mike King. I could have had an out-of-pocket repair cheaper by now. I called after receiving an invite from what I thought was KitchenAid. The phone rep was untruthful, which came to fruition when I tried to file a claim. I had to find my own repair tech and I'm sure that D&G won't honor the claim

The Maytag washer repair
It only took 2 days for a technician to be able to come to my home to diagnose to be problem why my washer wasn't working. I felt I had a good experience as the technician was able to fix it in the first visit. I was surprised that the washer would need attention so soon since it wasn't yet 2 years old I think. I learned with another very automated washer that I should probably get a plan this time.

Process was smooth other than D&G saying serial numbers were wrong when they were all correct. Caused me a lot of trouble being elderly and having to get under our cooktop to confirm the #’s which were already known. Technicians sent were great!
