Arrived at the time stated, fixed machine and cleaned up water spill. Was very professional and polite.
The only reason I didn't give 5 star is that I had to wait for over a week for an appointment. Wish it would have been sooner as to long to wait without a washing machine.

Prompt response. Engineer came out and identified the fault,reported it to D&G. Authorised replacement parts and arranged a further appointment to repair. Excellent service. Engineer very friendly professional and great help. Cannot fault the service.

I had trouble choosing a suitable replacement dishwasher from those offered to me. I called the helpline and was given some very useful advjce. I investigated further and discovered that I was limited by the cupboard height of my Ikea kitchen. I spoke to the helpline again and explained the problem. The operator consulted the Supervisor and they agreed to pay me the price of an Ikea model, for me to purchase myself. This will be fitted shortly. Very helpful in getting satisfactory result.

18 mth tall freezer broke end march, phoned and engineer out in days. Needed part so another visit needed. Roll on 3 weeks and several chats & calls and another engineer visit. Fixed,...not. phoned and booked a third call in may and got cancellation for next day, apparently another part needed. New appt 10 days later only to receive cancellation mornong of visit cause part not there. Another series of calls to be told write off needs 3 engineer visits the visit to confirm write off. Roll on another 10 days for nx visit and cancellation day before they are due. Last straw I phoned and complained. Told ok will log complaint but it's internal so you won't get feedback. Then eventually got offered replacement as its not 18th June and no freezer since March. Got replacement and delivery perfect but diabolical service throughout.
Don't use!

I was pleasantly surprised when contacting the firm that they were able to provide a slot so quickly. The man came the next day and was very professional. He sorted the problem the ice maker on the American fridge freezer had stopped working very quickly within the hour. A very pleasant who obviously knew his job.

Utterly disgraceful. The replacement TV, even though it's a new model, does not come with extended 5 year warranty that my original TV came with. So you cancelled my original 5 year warranty just to leave the new TV completely unprotected past the manufacturer's 1 year unless I take out a new paid plan?? Utterly shameful and disgraceful!
