Great replacement

We have probably paid for the product many times as I have had a contract for the past 20 years. Great there were no quibbles when the dryer was unable to be mended.

My washing machine broke on Friday

My washing machine broke on Friday, bloke came out on Tuesday as that was the first available appointment. Needed a replacement machine, Wednesday had email about picking a new one. Machine delivered on Thursday. All I can say is that I'm so glad I've got cover on all my machines. Absolutely brilliant service. And registered new machine for me and started cover again. Amazing.

Absolutely brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant,had a repair man come and a new machine as unfortunately mine couldn't be repaired within 3 days.
Awesome service and the insurance monthly payments are worth their weight in gold.

The delivery was well informed and…

The delivery was well informed and excellent. Unfortunately we could not disconnect the old cooker ourselves. The new cooker is still awaiting to be fitted, but it looks great really looking forward to using it.

Check your policy!

The adviser told me I would have a fixed rate for 2 years, on checking my policy it states 12 months. It’s hard to get hold of anyone in customer service as you have to get past the bot:(
D&G reached out to me and explained that while the policy states 12 months it will defo roll over to the following year:)
