My washing machine broke on Friday, bloke came out on Tuesday as that was the first available appointment. Needed a replacement machine, Wednesday had email about picking a new one. Machine delivered on Thursday. All I can say is that I'm so glad I've got cover on all my machines. Absolutely brilliant service. And registered new machine for me and started cover again. Amazing.

The delivery was well informed and excellent. Unfortunately we could not disconnect the old cooker ourselves. The new cooker is still awaiting to be fitted, but it looks great really looking forward to using it.

The adviser told me I would have a fixed rate for 2 years, on checking my policy it states 12 months. It’s hard to get hold of anyone in customer service as you have to get past the bot:(
