DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered £100 window cleaning kit, money taken, immediate order confirmation but no delivery of order. No reply from email, telephone or Facebook and reported & requested refund from my bank

My bank successfully retrieved my stolen money £99.99 from Domestic cleaning poles today and for anyone else who hasn’t received there order making a claim with your bank.

It looks like they have shutdown. Their website does not exist anymore. Where is my money though..... Not nice.

Never received company has taken the £60 no website and no answer to phone calls avoid at all costs.

Matthew Robert CREW. I placed an order on Jan 21, 2026. Money taken, sales confirmation, but no further information or response to emails and phone calls.

I ordered a long reach cleaning pole with soap dispenser from this company for £59.99. I received an email confirming my order - then nothing. It is now many weeks later and I have left several voicemails - they never answer the phone - but have received no response and I have emailed them several times and again no response at all.
Luckily I made my purchase through PayPal who have now refunded me the cost due to not having received the ordered item.
I would advise against buying from this company.
Their online shop is still active so I assume they are still trading.
No idea what their problem is but I can only assume they are a rip-off firm.

Got email of order and took my money. Then heard nothing, have emailed and phoned which just went to voice mail, Pay pal is now looking into it and the bank. Makes it worse they are a Ltd company and I checked this with companies house.

Placed order for £99.99 on 31st December, received order confirmation email. No contact since and no product delivered. I've sent 2 emails, left 2 voicemails and messaged through Facebook. Nothing back from them so raised a dispute case with my bank

AVOID. SCAM. No reply after weeks of trying following order for cleaning pole set.

Soap Dispenser missing and box not big enough for contents the handle was sticking out with tape wrapped round it. Opened a case with PayPal...also many different names for same company domestic cleaning poles...window cleaning poles etc

30 day returns policy is meaningless, I received damaged goods. A photo of inadequetly packaged and damaged bent squeegee was sent and the response was it was the couriers fault. Emails are not answered and it seems that phone calls do not get answered once your number is known to proprietor.

Not quite a year old. Used twice and it's broken. Basically a waste of money.

Excellent company &product, good quality a a good price. Went the extra mile on my delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service from Matthew. He arranged for the courier to collect and return my original order when delivering a replacement,
(as required longer pole,my mistake). Prompt delivery as well.

These cleaning poles are good quality and do not leak like several other cheaper versions I have tried in the past. Definitely worth the extra money.

Having order on 10th December the pole came quickly and got delivery on 12th December 2024.The box was damaged (with photo evidence) and bits missing i contact seller immediately he said he'd send missing bits the following day. I'm still waiting for bits to come 14th February 2025 (3 months) I contacted seller numours time left voice messages and emails but no response. I can not use this pole untill I sauce the missing bits myself so far a waste of my £170. And I'm not within the 30 days to return it because seller kept telling me he's sent the bits out.
I'm giving it a 1 star rating because it got delivered quickly after I ordered it

Good website and fast delivery.
1st delivery failed as driver attempted to deliver to my conservatory in the back garden.
2nd attempt delivery made.
Box was opened and the bag inside was also opened. No instructions or anything to say what was included and how to assemble.
Pair of black sports gloves also randomly included.

I made an order shortly before the Christmas break - something that I needed the next day. I called and left a voicemail - got a call back promptly (thank you Matthew)and made my order. Goods were shipped same day and arrived next morning. Great service provided by great and helpful people. The product was exactly as described and enabled safe clearing of gutters from the ground. I recommend this Company and their products.
