Bought the Gutter Jet Tool Kit. Very satisfied, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Slight hiccup with the order initially, but the after sales service was second to none, and the issue resolved completely with no fuss. Would certainly buy from this company again.

I ordered the solar panel cleaning water fed pole and managed to break the end (my fault). I was sent a replacement part free of charge, so I cannot fault the customer service of this company. The product does exactly what it says on the tin, and I am very satisfied. I would happily buy from this company again.

Just like others on here are likely doing I looked at the products on the web site which looked really good with fair prices too, then read several reviews and the crazy differences in the reviews made me wonder, so I sent a message with my questions,
The support I got from my questions was superb with very prompt detailed answers (even out of working hours) I ordered a carbon pole in the end as we need a long length, for reaching solar panels and the advice was spot on and as a result we got a great product
If you read more reviews you will see that there has been a change of ownership and that now comes with great products at a great price with great communications and prompt delivery. They even included a couple of spare connectors
