Happy but a little more information would of been welcome
We bought 3 40mm deep shelves which are sold as solid oak however the shelves are oak but have been jointed together, although happy with our purchase l think this could have been made clear on your website.

Table and chairs are amazing quality
Table and chairs are amazing quality, would highly recommend.
But the customer service stood out hands down. One of the chairs arrived damaged, within 1 working day this was raised as complaint and a collection scheduled to pick up the damaged chair and send a replacement out. Would highly recommend Domli to anyone. ☺️

After some initial issues with my order and delivery delays, the team handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. They responded quickly, took responsibility, and made a real effort to resolve the situation.
A special thank you for organising the final delivery so efficiently — the team arrived on time, assembled the table, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving.
The table itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for.

As others have said, a very fast response to all queries from their info line.
Payment from a well known third party site, but most of all the manufacture of a bespoke size and delivery time was great, and the desk worktop that's arrived is beautiful and exactly to the spec that I asked for.
I also very much appreciate their environmental consciousness.
