Tremendous service

Item ordered via Amazon

Item ordered via Amazon, payment taken but item has not been delivered was ordered on the 9th May and was due to be delivered on the 13th May
Tracking number was given as well as order number, non of these are recognised by you! Or the carrier APC
No contact from either party to say delayed or not available.
A very disappointed customer!!!!!!!!

Further to my response via our customer support contact earlier this morning, I can confirm that your order was delivered in full on 12th May 2026.

As you were unfortunately not at home at the time of delivery, the APC driver left the parcel with your next-door neighbour. APC have advised that a calling card was left, although it is possible this may not have been done by the driver on this occasion.

I have raised this matter with APC directly and asked them to review the delivery process with the driver involved.

Many thanks for your review.

I investigated this matter for you last week following your contact with our customer support team. As advised, unfortunately one of your worktops was mistakenly misrouted to Scotland by our two-man delivery partner.

I can now confirm that the worktop has arrived at the London depot and has been scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, 19th May.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused. I have also provided an update via your original customer support ticket should you need any further assistance.

D2 Standing Desk

I ordered the D2 standing desk. I had a couple of issues putting the desk together but Wim was really helpful and was able to help me troubleshoot my issues. I was a little nervous as I’d never ordered from this company before, but everything is high quality and I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Wim. Thanks again!

Poor experience overall.

Poor experience overall.

Wasted day off work, told delivery would be on 7th May in the AM, take time off for it, come the AM 7th May I get a text telling me they failed to move my item around correctly, so they cannot deliver.

Told now to wait for more info, get told its coming the following day, it came and when told it would, but there was damage to the box, delivery driver told me "what you want from me?, I am in hurry, I just drive and delivery", he ran off, I asked if I could sign anything he said no, he left.

I contacted Domli, their customer service is TERRIBLE!!

You cannot call them, so I reached out via online like chat, "how can I help they said?", so I wrote a long message explaining everything, attached damage to packaging photos etc, what do they reply with? "this live chat is ONLY for sales, go make a web note" .......

So I go make a webnote, tell them everything that happened, AND the fact they put a sale up ON THE SAME day my item got delivered...

Got a reply which fobbed me off, mentioned nothing of any reimbursment for missing the sale, no goodwill gesture for wasting my time, for the poor delivery service WHICH I PAID FOR, and only ONE guy handled my expensive desk, when I PAID FOR TWO MAN TEAM....

Nothing, no offer of. reduction in costs, no offer of refunded delivery charges, just a generic "Yeah, let us know if anything is damaged, we will have a word with the courier".

Domli do NOT know how to make things right or look after a customer clearly...

Decent product, terrible service.

Avoid.

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response to your Trustpilot review.

Having reviewed your order history and the associated delivery tracking information, I can see that your order was placed on Saturday, 2 May and was subsequently dispatched on Tuesday, 5 May following the Bank Holiday weekend.

Unfortunately, the tracking records provided by DX 2 Man indicate that your consignment was delayed at their central sortation hub and missed its scheduled connection to the local delivery depot. As a result, you received notification from DX 2 Man advising that delivery would not take place on 7 May. The order was subsequently delivered successfully on Friday, 8 May 2026.

I can also see that you contacted our Customer Support team via info@domli.co.uk on 8 May 2026 regarding the delay following the delivery of your order.

With regard to your comments about missing the sale promotion, your order had already benefited from a 10% discount through our first-time customer promotion. As our promotional discounts cannot be combined, no additional reduction would have been available had the item subsequently gone on sale.

In relation to the delivery itself, I completely understand your concerns. DX 2 Man were contracted to provide a two-person delivery service for your order due to the size and weight of the item. Our instructions to the carrier are clear that products exceeding 30kg must be handled by both crew members throughout the delivery process. We have already addressed this matter with you through your customer support ticket and will continue to pursue it with the carrier.

Regarding the condition of the packaging, it is not uncommon for outer cartons to show signs of wear or minor damage during transit. For this reason, our desks and tabletops are protected with substantial internal packaging designed to absorb the normal bumps and knocks associated with transportation.

Most importantly, I am pleased to hear that despite the condition of the outer packaging, the product itself arrived without any damage and met your expectations.

Nevertheless, I appreciate that the delivery experience fell below the standard that both you and we expect, and I would like to apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Great quality sit/stand desk from domli! Ordering was super easy and the delivery was quick. Everything arrived well packaged and setup was pretty straightforward too. I've been working with this desk now for a couple of weeks and I'm really pleased with it. Works smoothly and quietly, even once the desk is loaded with a couple of heavy monitors.
