Having reviewed your order and correspondence with our customer support team, I can confirm that you contacted us via our support email address and that arrangements were made for the return of the goods.

I can see that the returned items were received back into our warehouse on June 12th, and a full refund has since been processed in accordance with our returns procedure.

While I am pleased that we were able to resolve the matter promptly through the return and refund process, I am sorry to hear that the product was not suitable for your project. Doesn't matter how good product can be if you can't get it on time.

DX is one of most dissappinting delivery companies in UK to private sector.

Inflexible, unreliable and always full of excuses why can't.

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of your order.

Having reviewed the delivery records, I can see that DX 2 Man attempted delivery on 20 May at 08:58; however, the delivery crew were unfortunately unable to gain access to the building to complete the delivery.

Due to the size, weight, and value of the goods, this service requires a signature upon delivery. As such, the delivery team is unable to leave items unattended or in a safe place and must obtain either a signature or photographic proof of delivery before releasing the goods.

As access could not be obtained, the delivery was recorded as unsuccessful and the consignment was returned to the local depot pending a rearranged delivery date.

I can also see that you subsequently cancelled the delivery through DX 2 Man and contacted us directly on 23 May to request cancellation of the order and a full refund, which was processed accordingly.

Whilst we appreciate this outcome was disappointing, the delivery procedures were followed to ensure the security of the goods and to protect both the customer and the carrier.

Great experience, no hesitation in ordering again

Wasn't too sure what to expect as I'd not heard of domli before, but item was exactly what I was looking for and a good price. Item arrived exactly as pictured/described on website, and arrived next working day as stated. All very well packaged and arrived in good condition. Would order from here again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a Trustpilot review. I have now completed a full review of your order and investigated the issues you experienced with our delivery partner, APC.

Having reviewed the tracking information, I can confirm that APC attempted delivery of your order on 19 May 2026 at 09:27. This was within our advertised next working day delivery service; however, the delivery was unsuccessful as there was no one available at the property to accept and sign for the goods.

As this is a signed-for service, APC are only permitted to leave parcels in a safe place if alternative delivery instructions have been provided through their APC Choice service. Notifications regarding this service are typically sent via SMS and email using the contact details supplied with the order.

I can see that you subsequently contacted our Customer Support team at info@domli.co.uk on 26 May 2026. My colleague reviewed the delivery status, provided evidence of the attempted delivery, and contacted APC on May 28th on your behalf to arrange a new delivery date.

Following this intervention, the delivery was successfully completed on 29 May 2026.

Whilst the initial failed delivery was outside of our direct control, I fully appreciate the frustration caused by the lack of proactive communication regarding the rearrangement of the delivery. I would also have expected APC to make it easier for you to arrange a new delivery date directly, and I have raised this matter with them for further investigation.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your patience while the matter was resolved and are pleased that your order was ultimately delivered successfully.

Very good website and efficient…

Very good website and efficient ordering and delivery. Good quality product made up of oak blocks so not solid oak but with a good finish. No problem cutting it down to size and the brackets supplied are excellent.

Returned items

I ordered some chairs from domli but had to return them as height was unsuitable. However, the returns process went well, they booked a collection and items were picked up the following day, there is a charge for this but it is worth it as the whole thing went smoothly without hassle.
