Domo Direct Ltd 

Domo direct and DOMO Stone Quartz are different companies. I have ordered quartz surfaces for my kitchen and a vanity for bathroom from DOMO Stone Quartz. Both product and installation were superb. Recommend everyone!

They changed name to Domostone Quartz Ltd, couples of miles away. be very careful to deal with these people

I bought quartz worktops from this company nearly 2 years ago. I now have a chip in the surface, which was caused by taking a cup out of the dishwasher and it caught against the surface. The cup was not broken, the expensive quartz work surface was. I arranged for someone to come & see the damage. The guy who eventually arrived to take a look said his name was Adam & he owned the company and lived locally in Finchampstead, Wokingham, where we live too. I was going away on a cruise for a month & he said he had someone working for him who could do an excellent job repairing the damage and to contact them as soon as we got back from holiday. While away I received a message saying e-mail no longer exists for Jordan, the employee I was dealing with. We just got home and I e-mailed the company about arranging the repair, which again bounced back saying e-mail no longer exists & no reply from Adam who told me to copy him into my e-mail. The phone is dead. This is disgraceful, Adam, if he is the owner, knew this company was in grave financial difficulty when he first visited, Insolvency doesn't happen over night. It was also very strange that a limited company gave two prices one cash & one with VAT. Maybe check the directors at companies House to make sure any new company with the same directors is avoided.

I believe this Company has ceased trading under their existing name as since they fitted my worktop a few weeks ago all their emails are unavailable ( they are replied to as not available ), as well as their phone lines are dead and their site is down for 'Maintenance'. They did an excellent job of my worktop but during the process communication was haphazard and I had to drive on two occasions from Oxford to Slough to clarify measurements. My worktop did arrive and I am very happy with the results but as I have received no paperwork along the way, no invoices and no receipts for the work done it is wise to advise readers of their currecnt situation. I have given them 3 stars due to the final product and minus two for lack of paperwork and ongoing communication and I expect my guarantee for work done is now non-existent too. Shame as they did deliver an excellent product.

Having visited a number of providers of granite work surfaces, I can safely say that I will not look any further than Domo Direct going forward.

Customer service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the work done and will certainly be coming back.

We went to Domo to supply all of the granite worktops for our new kitchen. They did a fantastic job and the customer service and communication was first class.

My only regret was that we didn't go their for our kitchen in the first place...

We contacted Domo direct for the install of our kitchen worktops, with the Uplift and Windows cill, it was such a good job we had to then get our utility room completed too.

We called through to the customer service team and they were very friendly and keen to help. They also kept us updated by email.

Once the worktops were fitted the engineers were very thorough to ensure it was the perfect fit and finish.

The kitchen now looks stunning thanks to a quality worktop and a brilliant finish. ensuring that all the pieces and uplift were 100% complete.

We even managed to get a complimentary chopping board which is a perfect addition for our new kitchen.

My kitchen was designed by the team at Domo Direct some years back.

I popped into their showroom to pick up some stone cleaner for my work surface, not only did the staff recognise me but they gave the cleaner (ok it was only £12) frre of charge. I was chuffed.

Not enough companies like this around. It's just nice to be nice.

I would have no trouble recommending Domo Direct.
In fact I have done several times.

It's nice to meet people who are so friendly even after 5 years. Made made my day to be honest.

Dear Domo Direct,

Your response is far from honest im afraid,

1. I was told the slabs were available and ready at the time I paid the deposit money.

2. I was told templating would be done within a week, but when I phoned to arrange it took 4 days to actually get to speak to someone from templating, who then told me there would be a 2 week delay to even do it, followed by another 2 weeks to get the slabs cut then fitted.

3. When I phoned the branch on another occasion I was verbally abused and told the deposit money I paid wouldnt even cover the cost of the slabs - So i should just accept it and shut up!

4. A week later, I was told the slabs were now out of stock, and I was given other alternatives from other manufacturers. I chose to obtain a refund. It took a week of phone calls and emails to finally realise that I was being a whole bunch of excuses to avoid a refund.

5. You only refunded the money after I posted the negative review and threatened you with court action!

6. A back dated cheque posted a week or so later is hardly the fault of royal mail. The cheque should have been posted back then!

I had my worktop templated and fitted all within 3 days of receiving my money back from Domo Direct from a more professional company who knows how to treat their customers!

Ironically the same make and model of quartz worktop was fitted that Domo Direct told me was out of stock and totally unavailable on the market.

It is for these reasons I cannot recommend your company and hence the reason I left a negative review initially.

Domo Direct supplied us with our new granite worktops. After getting in touch about our requirements and selection of our materials they have really excelled in the supplying and fitting, providing a very professional finnish well done to all concerned

After several weeks of looking for a company to supply quartz kitchen worktops for my new kitchen I amassed a number of quotes from local and more distant suppliers that were all over my budget.

I then visited Domo who I recalled had previously advertised on a vehicle billboard along the Bath Road in Slough. I visited the showroom In Ajax Avenue and met Jordan Dale who was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to provide me with a very competitive quote while I waited. (Fortunately I had the exact sizes I required with me).

They had exactly the material and colour I was looking for and to my delight their price was right on budget.

The fitters visited to create a template and were every thorough about checking my requirements. The same guys, Irek and Conrad subsequently turned up on time to carry out the installation which all went very smoothly. They protected the floors and work area on the way in and cleaned up on the way out so the only evidence of them having been there was my superb new quartz worktops.

If you’re installing a new kitchen and in the market for stone worktops, do yourself and your wallet a favour and visit Jordan and Adam at Domo. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed

I was recommended Domo by the kitchen supplier we were using as they could not supply the worktop we were looking for. Domo was able to supply the exact type of worktop we wanted at a very competitive price. The whole process was made very straightforward from template to install, excellent communication throughout the whole process.

We used Domo Direct last year to do our new kitchen Quartz worktops.
They were very good, professional & helpful. From looking around their showroom to ordering us samples Adam was very helpful, then the templating of our new kitchen to fitting the quartz tops everything was done properly.

Then more recently we wanted a new Quartz window cill for a new room & Jordan helped me out by finding a suitable offcut for a reasonable price.

Definitely recommend them.

Great company to deal with. Their expertise guided us through the various options available for kitchen worktops and we are very happy with the choice we made. The installation went well and we feel wowed every time we go into the kitchen. Good customer service and delivered as promised.
