The fact that when you lift a phone to call the company an actual human being that works for the company and knows what they’re talking about answers and are polite and willing to help in anyway makes such difference.
The delivery company, DPD that Donaghy Bros uses for the smaller items are completely useless and they should maybe replace them with a competent company, as they didn’t even attempt to deliver my item on two occasions. To sort this out the staff were so helpful putting my item out on one of their vans and getting it delivered at the exact time they said certainly made up for the third party issue. So refreshing!!!
I will certainly order more products from them in the future!

Great service, items were delivered within a day. There was a fault with the oven but they sent out an engineer within a few days and then replaced the oven within a few days. Very satisfied.

I purchased a cordless Worx lawnmower of Donaghy Bros. I ordered on a Sunday it was delivered early Tuesday morning. I need to say there price was the best on the Internet and the speed and professionalism of every part of the purchase was extroadinary. If you are buying any electrical items, and especially garden equipment. I would suggest that you go no further than Donaghy Bros. Trust me you won't be dissapointed.

Excellent service - I had not heard of this company before and found that they had an air conditioner in stock ( impossible to find at the moment). I purchased it but was a bit apprehensive as I had not had any dealings with this company before. I was delighted to receive the unit two days later - I live in the UK so it took no time for it to get here. I would definitely recommend them- thank you.

Do NOT trust Donaghy Bros with your money or your home dreams! We have experienced a disgusting "Bait and Switch" commercial practice and systematic customer manipulation from this retailer.Before placing our online order for a premium Bosch Serie 8 integrated freezer (Model: GIN81HCE0G), my daughter directly called their store on Thursday, 25th June 2026 at 1:55 PM. She explicitly asked if this unit was brand new, factory-sealed, and in perfect condition. Their sales representative gave us an absolute, 100% verbal guarantee that it was a brand new, boxed unit. Solely based on this official commercial assurance, we completed our payment and they secured our funds.The moment they held our money, the deception began. First, they tried to force a dusty "display model" on us. When we stood our ground, they tried to cover up their tracks by blaming "new or inexperienced staff" and claimed the model was discontinued. We officially verified with Bosch UK supplier channels that this Serie 8 model is FULLY active and available at the distributor level.Despite our concrete proof and exact phone call records (6-minute outgoing call to 028 2954 0001), they completely refused to fulfill their contract. Instead of sourcing the product they legally owed us, they attempted to downgrade us to a lower-spec Serie 4 model. When we rejected this insult, they unilaterally cancelled our order and threw a basic refund at us without our consent.They have caused us a massive waste of time and left us with a professional installation team standing empty-handed on-site, charging us daily wages because our kitchen renovation is now completely blocked. Holding customer funds with fake stock levels and then trying to push unwanted alternatives is a shameful and illegal commercial practice. We are officially forwarding this entire case and call records to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice for a formal investigation. Absolutely disgraceful! UPDATE (09/07/2026):Your standard public relations template will not wash away the immense psychological distress and logistical chaos you have caused my family. We have already initiated the process by sending official emails to the relevant authorities, and as soon as my ongoing kitchen renovation is completed, I will be filing formal, legally binding complaints on their official websites.Make no mistake: we do not believe a single word of your manipulation or your 'human error' excuses. This freezer was a vital necessity for our household. I specifically purchased it to stock essential supplies for my daughter, who has special needs, and my husband, who is battling prostate disease. Your deceptive 'bait and switch' practice didn't just ruin a kitchen; it directly disrupted the welfare of a vulnerable family.We have already forwarded our call logs and initial evidence to the authorities, and we will follow this through to the absolute end. Your corporate excuses mean nothing to us.

Great service and price

I'm based on mainland UK and have spent 3 days desperately trying to get an air conditioning unit after the last heatwave and everywhere was out of stock and I called Donaghy Bros on the off chance and talked to the most amazing man who managed to locate two air conditioning units they still had in stock and he got them updated instantly online whilst I was on the phone and waited until it was updated online and I could order the unit.

I had spent the last 3 days doing everything I could to find an air conditioning unit due to disabilities and the possibility of another heatwave coming next week. I really am grateful for Donaghy Bros and the amazing and friendly bloke I talked to and he was a life saver and just hoping that it arrives before the next heatwave.

But I cannot recommend Donaghy Bros enough and an amazing company with outstanding customer service and will be using them again going forward because of such a positive experience and outcome.
