Okay so no doubt they'll respond to you with "RNG" and respond to this with the same spiel, how its random but yeah, all because they write it doesn't mean its true. there licensed in a place where rules are flimsy at best. you can deposit a mass amount of money and won't get returns they'll pay you enough just so they can keep you playing. I've played on many sites and none have ever been as bad as this one. I spinned 400 times got not one bonus that ain't RNG that's dodgy.

We want to clarify that RNG system does not track accounts, deposits, losses, or previous spins. Each spin is completely independent from the last. While games may advertise average bonus frequencies or return-to-player percentages, these figures are calculated over millions of spins, not within a short personal session.

This means it is statistically possible to spin 400 times without hitting a bonus, even though it may feel extremely unlikely. We understand that this can feel frustrating and unfair, but we assure you that these long streaks without bonuses can happen naturally within the system.

We truly appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns, and we hope this explanation helps clarify why these situations can occur.
