Started playing Lorcana a few months ago and began visiting this store— the players are really nice and it's a fun group.
The reason for the 1-star rating is the owner:
The owner cares more about money than building customer relationships. For example, during a sealed event, you're not allowed to use boosters from a booster box you were planning to buy from the store itself.
We used to play regularly, but this past month that wasn't possible. And now, for the second time, we've been excluded from an event.
A store should motivate customers to want to spend money, not make them feel like they have to spend money at every turn. Other stores, like the one in Enschede, do build solid customer relationships. That’s why I definitely wouldn’t recommend Dondersteen for the long term.
The players are great, but the owner ruins the experience.
