Trusted the recommendation in their advertising
I use this company based on their advertisements on Real America’s Voice. They really did not negotiate what I owe Chase down very much. I was told that once I reached the settlement and a payment arrangement that my credit report would recover as I was paying off my debt that didn’t happen. I’m now going to get a second loan to pay off the balance with Done With Debt to get this off my credit report. The information and results they told me to get me to use their service did not happen. Not happy and calked the company and voiced my concerns with no resolution. Could have done better dealing directly with Chase Bank.

These programs require both patience and consistency, and we're always careful to set clear expectations upfront.
While we’ve made repeated efforts to assist and support you, our team has faced ongoing challenges in communication, which has made it difficult to move things forward constructively. That said, we remain committed to helping all clients who are willing to stay engaged and work collaboratively with us.
You also mentioned that you trusted a recommendation from Real America’s Voice—and we’re proud to say that this same network endorsement continues to be trusted by clients today. It has contributed to thousands of successful situations for those who give the program the time, trust, and engagement it needs to work.

I am 18-months in
I am 18-months in, on two accounts. One of the accounts is under settlement the other is not. Patience is a must; they are easy to get in touch with and willing to guide you through the dashboard, so you understand. Any updates or status is basically your responsibility to acquire through the dashboard. They have not once contacted me with updates. As I said if you want to know where you stand you do the research, they will talk you through it, but you got to call them. I will see how it ends up.
