We hired Donna as our wedding planner, and we truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible she was. She went above and beyond in every way, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without her. It was by far the best decision we made!

From the very beginning, Donna was supportive, organised, and completely invested in making our day perfect. She took the stress out of every stage of planning and somehow always knew exactly what we needed - even before we did.

On the day itself, she was an absolute superstar. She handled everything with calm, care, and precision, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without a worry. Donna truly made our wedding day absolutely perfect, and we’ll be forever grateful. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Donna is a superstar. Her creativity and flair for design helped transform the venue for my 40th birthday from traditional to atmospheric and dazzling! This did not go unnoticed by our guests who loved it! Donna also provided amazing support and guidance along the way, dealing with our suppliers and finalising all the event timings meticulously. This meant that I could truly relax on the night knowing that everything was taken care of! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Donna again and highly recommend her!!

Donna is absolutely incredible! She planned our Jewish-Italian wedding and was phenomenal from start to finish. She is exceptional at communicating with us, her project management skills are second to none, down to every last detail. She was incredible at ensuring we got the best possible deal from all our suppliers (which meant she more than covered her fee!), coordinating the entire day, coming up with plan B options in case of rain and ensuring everything stuck to it's timings and fit our vision. She is also wonderful at wedding aesthetics, and really helped us turn our vision into reality. She even arranged a few surprises for us on the day. I cannot recommend her enough - she is the best money we spent on our entire wedding!

Hiring Donna and her team was the best decision we made for our wedding day. From the very first call Donna completely understood how we wanted our day, and set about helping us get everything in order. The reminders of when invoices need paying and asking where we are with each vendor was such a weight off our shoulders, and we could just get on with getting everything ready for the day.

The team on the day ensured everything ran smoothly between our ceremony and reception. We cannot thank Marine and Natasha enough, the feedback from our guests was nothing but praise for how smoothly the day went, and how Natasha was always making sure everything was perfect for us.

Our wedding would not have been the day it was without the support of the whole team! Thank you!

We are about 6 weeks out from our wedding and I can genuinely look back and say that the day we have planned would not be happening without Donna and her team!

Mine and my fiancée’s life has changed drastically since we first got engaged. Yes, we’ve always been busy but over the last year he has started his own company and I have been promoted and moved jobs - to say we don’t have time is an understatement.

Donna and her team have stepped in when it felt overwhelming and picked up the slack for us. Communicated with vendors when just answering an email was too much and sent out thoughtful curated vendor lists for us to choose from always giving their opinion based on what we wanted and to no surprise, every vendor (food, hair, makeup, photographer) we have ended up choosing.

Being the first one of our friends to get married, we had no idea how much things should cost. Donna and her team were not only always mindful of our budget and advising us on what we need and don’t need but also saved us so much money by always making sure we were getting the best prices.

Donna and her team have thrown themselves into our wedding like it’s their own. Giving us some of the greatest ideas that is going to make our wedding day more than we could have imagined and give our guests a day to remember.

Worried about family politics? Don’t worry, Donna and her team will step in! Key people tell you two months before the wedding they don’t want to do big things they promised they would do on the day? Don’t worry, Donna and her team will do it. Absolutely panicking because you feel like you’re behind? Don’t worry, Donna will message you when something is urgent. A control freak like me? Don’t worry, Donna will sit with you and go through every detail. Guests are driving you up the wall because they have lost all sense of how to use Google and book flights and/or accommodation? Don’t worry, Donna has a travel part to her business!!

Am I still stressed 6 weeks out from the wedding? Of course! I’m a bride after all that has to watch every single thing she eats now because I just went for my dress fitting😂

The big question is, would we have thought of all the little things, had sanity checks, stayed on budget and be having a wedding beyond our wildest dreams without Donna and her team? Absolutely not!

It’s important to note that I’m sure Donna and her team have the ability to swoop in and help last minute but Donna has been working with us for about a year and a half now. The time, effort and care that she has put in, far outweighs what she charges!

Genuinely, for anyone who is putting off planning their wedding because they can barely find time to change their address on their drivers license or who fears having to tell their family they hate their ideas or who doesn’t know where to start or who just wants a professional to add those extra little touches to your day, Donna and her team are a must have!

Being the control freak I am, I always panicked about the day. I envisioned sitting there getting my hair and makeup done and the caterer phoning me because they were lost (or even worse, my mom who would try and tell them, get frustrated and then hand the phone to me anyway). Going into these last few weeks knowing that on the day, it really is going to be all about my fiancée and I (and Donna will give a dirty side eye to anyone who tries to make it about them) calms me down more than I could have imagined!

Donna organized a magnificent “Alice in wonderland” afternoon tea reception for my son’s christening. She took care of every detail with great professionalism and always with a smile on her face. The decorations were romantic and sophisticated, she perfectly interpreted my wishes and the event left everyone speechless. I highly recommend her and would use her services for future events!

Donna was an absolute miracle worker - in fact we call her Donna "no problem" Winning. My venue was utterly transformed from a much loved local football club to , as one guest put it "the classiest of class acts . The beautifully presented and delicious food (shout out for that
succulent salmon) her delightful and thoughtful staff , the ideas , the production and vitally the meticulous attention to detail was just first class .

It is almost a year since our big day and we wanted to write to you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us.

Every photo (and everywhere I looked on the day) had a special "Donna touch". You truly made our day beautiful. When we walked into our wedding suite at the end of the day and saw that you had made an arrangement of precious keepsakes from the day, I cried because it exemplified all the invisible hard work you had done for us.

It is unbelievable the level of excellence you put into our day. For everything to have run like clockwork in a fusion wedding with a gregarious crowd is one thing, but on top of this impossible feat, you found time to create beautiful cake arrangements, sort out the bridesmaid dresses, add touches to the table decorations, and so much more. Whatever anyone needed, you had up your sleeve. I don't understand how you did it, but you did.

Thank you for always being in our corner, looking after us through the day and having the right thing to say at the right time.

A year on, and we are happily married, looking back at a beautiful day and this is predominantly down to you and your team

We booked Donna as a partial planner and on-the-day coordinator for our initimate Hindu wedding, but truthfully we never once felt like she wasn't at the end of the phone to pitch in on any part of the planning process, whether it was connecting us with trusted suppliers, being a sounding board, keeping all our nerves and neuroses in check, and lending her creative genius to our wedding plans!

Many couples have a clear vision of what they want for their wedding day - but don't underestimate the knowledge and experience of someone who has done and seen it all a thousand times before! Donna artfully navigated the tightrope between our vision, budget and practical considerations to help bring our dream wedding to life.

The DWE team on the day were true professionals--we can't thank them enough for their impeccable attention to detail and taking good care of our suppliers and guests!

This company was suddenly banned by my Wedding Venue just after a month of booking them. No clear reason why they got banned and so therefore it has put me off. No way of getting my deposit back after paying.Instead of fixinh the problem she instead insisted that she is always right. May I remind you that I am your customer not a staff. Rude woman. Best decision that I ever made was firing them. Rewriting my review does not mean that I tell lies so you better be careful of accusing me of being a liar.

Made the lead up stress free, gave lots of ideas and were always contactable. We had the best day as I was able to completely trust them and relax!

Amazing experience, they sourced everything for the decorations and contacted the venue for everything to be delivered and set up for the day. They were really accommodating to all the last minute changes and on the day everything went seamlessly, the reception was beautifully decorated and exactly how we had discussed. The day was so stress free for me and the groom and we thoroughly enjoyed the day with no worries about the set up etc. I would definitely recommend using Donna. Thank you so much for helping us have such a beautiful day!

Donna and her team were professional, pleasant and easy to work with from the start. They have great ideas if you're unsure or if you just need someone to bounce ideas off and then when it comes to a few weeks before they will just make the process of organising suppliers so much easier. We found the knowledge and relationships with suppliers really helpful when negotiating certain things, with our venue for example, and they just put what you want at the centre of their work. The day itself was so much smoother and easier because they were there and it was easy to enjoy the day knowing that they would keep things ticking along. Would definitely recommend as they're efficient, easy to work with and extremely good value for money (especially with the NHS discount!)

Hiring Donna for our wedding was undoubtedly the best decision we could have made. We asked her to be our ‘on the day’ wedding co-ordinator to ensure everything ran smoothly, of which it truly did (and more)!

As creatives, we had a lot of DIY and personal items we had crafted for our wedding, along with some very specific playlists and carefully planned timings, all of which we would never have been possible on the day without Donnas incredible organisational skills and creative eye.

From the very beginning, Donna took charge of all the intricate details involving suppliers and the venue, freeing us from any worries or need to chase after anything. She kept us and the suppliers updated regularly with a fantastically organised event sheet, which provided a clear plan of action for the day and continuously put our minds at ease. In addition, Donna shared invaluable tips and advice that enhanced the magic of our wedding, offering insights and ideas we would have never considered on our own.

On the actual wedding day, Donna truly was a superhero. Despite a few hiccups with the venue the day before, Donna quickly intervened and flawlessly restored everything to perfection. If any mishaps occurred during the day (as they often do at weddings), we were blissfully unaware because Donna had everything under control, ensuring that everything was executed perfectly. Not only did she attend to our needs as the bride and groom, but she also looked after our friends and family, ensuring they were in the right places at the right times and putting everyone at ease.
Everything seamlessly fell into place, happening precisely on time without us even noticing. Donna's friendly and attentive nature made her feel like a good friend and guest at our wedding rather than just a coordinator. She blended in seamlessly with the wedding party, and everyone loved her presence.

Hiring Donna as our wedding coordinator exceeded our expectations in every way. Her expertise, attention to detail, and warm personality made our day truly unforgettable. We are forever grateful to Donna for her exceptional service, and we highly recommend her to anyone seeking a flawless and dreamy wedding experience.

An extremely friendly, approachable team with amazing communication throughout the process. Professional doesn't even cover it! They worked quickly and efficiently even with my time constraints. Couldn't have asked for a better birthday party for my daughter and the balloons/tableware were amazing! Donna helped me with ideas on what to do with the space, within my budget and she took care of all the planning for the day. It was reassuring to know that everything was in good hands and saved me a lot of stress. My daughter's face when she saw her 'Frozen'party was a picture. We got lots of compliments from her friends parents on how lovely everything looked. We will definitely be using Donna & Team again for future parties

We're very grateful to Donna for her services. Our weekly calls meant that we had regular updates on suppliers responses and our whatsapp group kept communication flowing throughout the week. We were so grateful for her flexibility and she went above and beyond on the wedding day to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. We were grateful for her idea contributions and her ability to communicate well with all the various companies/suppliers that were needed for the day. We were also extremely grateful for her ability to remain chirpy and smiley and calm throughout which meant it made what could have been a very exhausting process, pleasant for us both. Words don't do justice for all your hard work Donna and for your strong work ethic. Thanks for all you did!

Donna is a phenomenal event planner. She is experienced, creative and effortlessly talented. She made our mums surprise 50th birthday party absolutely perfect. Donna and Dominique took all the pressure off of my sister and I on the day which allowed us to enjoy every precious moment with our mum. Dominique even set aside a hidden stash of my favourite food for when I got peckish later in the night - it’s the little things that make Donna Winning Events the best in the business! Thank you, Donna, for everything - not only do we have a go to company for any future events but also a friend for life!

Donna is simply fabulous. She's thorough and very hands on. She's also understated, and just gets on with doing things to help in anyway she can during the actual events she's done for me - which were a birthday party and a Diwali party. She works within budgets and can handle last minute changes to numbers and plans - very calmly. I look forward to working with her again

I’ve worked with a lot of wedding arrangers / planners over the past 20 years and Donna has to be amongst the hardest working arrangers I’ve ever worked with, if I could give a 6star rating
