I know for sure that my nmn powder was exposed to humidity during shipping when temps were over 90F and over 90% humidity. There was no way to protect the powder in the very flimsy packaging and DNA customer service just blew off my concerns saying it was normal to have the powder be very sticky and staticky and fly all over the place when you open it. Now I no longer have the box that it came in so i need to find a box, pay for the returning shipping and i will only get a 50% refund within something like 20 -25 days. Also my socials have been flooded with DNA influencers that I do not trust. Most are just doing it for the freebries and its obvious. in my mind DNA went from a trusted company to a fast paced money grab being represented by clueless biohacking american social media morons

Over-charged on the tax by approximately $5.00. I addressed this previously, to no avail.

My order had missing capsules and some had empty capsules or broken capsule.

I don't own an independent laboratory to test the supplements myself, but my research indicates that DNA supplements are indeed very high quality. They contain what they say they contain (not neccessarily the case with many other brands) and nothing else, i.e. no fillers.

I don't agree with the usefulness of all of them (e.g. imo the research does not support the use of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid over low molecular weight which is a lot cheaper) but there are many that are very useful.

I only had to contact customer service once and the responsiveness and helpfulness was impressive.

I am sure I will remain a loyal customer for many more years.

Quality, commitment to good health and customer service are what makes DoNotAge (DNA) stand out amongst its peers. Products are pure and with no fillers. There is not doubt these are the reasons researchers use DNA products. Emails are responded promptly by DNA’s customer service team with relevant replies. Typically, orders are dispatched quickly and wait times for the product arrival are minimal. However, my most recent order somehow got lost in transit. Once notified, DNA apologized although it was no fault of theirs, and quickly reissued the order with it arriving in 3 days. I’m not sure what other company would have responded so swiftly. I’ve been using DNA’s products for a few years now, and will continue to do so. DNA is truly deserving of the 5 star rating.

DNA should continue to work on its user friendliness. I also believe that DNA is serious about customer service. A tip would be to use the health points as a direct dollar discount or reward for just general purchases rather than a discount for a specific product. Easier all around and more efficient.

I like the idea of the products and science behind them along with the third party testing for purity.
