I've reached out twice. Customer service is super slow, and I have yet received a resolution.

Reached out to them for the past 3 days regarding my order that says delivered- just not to my house. Unable to get a response. Emailed them 3 times- nothing.

Complete trust in DoNotAge and their products. The science behind all the products are published and as I age im trying to delay losing fitness for as long as I can. These products supplement my cycling and in particular NMN,Resveratol and TMG which I've been taking for approx 3 years. I also use the Vit D,K2 and Magnesium product from October through to May to increase my immunity from colds and flu which has been very successful.

I ordered from this company for several times; everything was good until it wasn’t . For my last order, that i received on the 24/07/25; i paid £151 for a month supply of creatine and 6 months supply of CoQ10. Instead of 366 capsules of CoQ10 i only received 60. I contacted them via email( there is no other way) and Paige called me on Friday, stating @ is a human mistake, send a photo with what you received and we will sort this”. I believed her; i did as asked and here i am, 6 days later with no response, no acknowledge nothing. I contacted my bank and i will follow the process. I will raise a formal complaint. Sad, I was gullible enough to believe they are real; now I doubt everything about this company. Update: on Friday, 01/08/25, Paige contacted me and apologised and told me that i will receive my correct order the next day, which i received together with a complimentary bottle of omega 3. I am thankful for that; did it make my bad experience disappear? My trust? I will give a 3 stars for sorting this in the end.

Unfortunately, the product was in hot condition when I touched the bottle. I’m not sure if it save to take it or not.
I should have received on July 27. I got it on July 30.
Also, they charged me extra money for import duties which is not written in the receipt. Although I paid the amount of shipping and handling. They should have stated that they may be extra money for import duties.

Do Not Age is great. Not great Blyther does the supplements work, they are easy to take. I appreciate all of the caring support from “Do Not Age.” The supplements have directions and instructions on how to take them. The best company by far. I trust them and know that what I’m taking is going to work.

DoNotAge team is responsive and flexible when considering customer feedback. Paige was exceptional with her communication and assistance.

I find their products to be outstanding. On a daily basis, for example, I take the D3-K2-Magnesium L-Threonate capsule.

full satisfaction from donotage after error in getting capsules instead of powder of a supplement. they worked through, got the return of the capsules and sent out immediately the replacement. happy to see customer service is good, as i've known the product is the best, which is why i use it. thanks.

I purchased their SIRT6 Activator in mid-Nov last year for £54.00. I had to have medical treatment for a tumour and stopped supplements. I looked at repurchasing this product, but was shocked to see that its price has increased by 42.59% to £77. It makes me feel like these companies are taking advantage of us.

So when you go to their website to look at something and then leave - you get harangued by emails saying things like "did you mean to do that".Similar to emails saying "did you forget something". I can't stand websites/companies that do this. I have unsubscribed to all email as a result. This goes beyond basic email updates/newsletters - this should not be your default policy. I didn't even have anything in my basket either so it is not like I was attempting to check out and left!

Update - Following the response - I have already said above I have unsubscribed - you are missing the point in terms of the specific scenario I am talking about - we are not talking about new letters and so on.

I received a quick response to my query about vegetarian products. I have purchased DoNotAge.org products in the past and have had good experiences so far. I recommend.

The best place to get your supplements, genuinely

I had an issue with one of my orders after a year of buying from them, and support resolved it within a day plus they offered me a free supplement along with it.

I've personally met some team members as well and they are by far the most genuine and expert group in this longevith industry. My only "complaint" is that I wish they had a wider catalog, but quality over quantity is best!

I feel like I can really trust the products. Secondly, the newsletters keep me informed about healthy changes I can make and are a steady reminder to keep on track.
Third, but not least by any means, their customer service has been great getting me thru the postal obstacles of moving to a new country.

Firstly, just started using SIRT6 ACTIVATOR, and can’t physically express, but within days I could feel something positive was afoot internally. I’m considering adding another DoNotAge supplement for my overall wellbeing!
