Took 4 days to arrive when paid for 24 hour delivery

Ordered a cake topper on the Sunday and needed it for a birthday on the Tuesday. Paid quite a bit extra for 24 hour delivery but the item didn’t arrive until the Thursday by which time the birthday had been and gone as had the cake without the topper which is now of no use as I had it personalised therefore can’t be used by anyone else . I contacted the company but they weren’t willing to give any refund. Be aware if you want an item quickly

Brilliant company

Brilliant company. Needed another personalised photo cake topper. Excellent communication and customer service. Quick dispatch and delivery. I have used them several times in the past, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
