Do not send anything I sent 16 items got back 5 I called them numerous times I had to in the end say if my items not returned I will take them to the small claims court this company total scammer s took them 10 to post back to me do not send nothing u won’t get anything if u do it will be very low offer

Very fast and efficient service. After accepting their fair offer the money was in my bank account within minutes.

What a shocking service - sent 37 items, all of which they purport to be interested in buying, including jewellery, apple products, hallmarked silver sets, vintage lighter and snuff box etc. Their initial offer was £9.11 and when I rejected and asked for the products to be returned they offered £14.55. When this offer was rejected they did send the items back, however they had managed to damage a number of the items, which I think was a malicious act of pettyness. I have used Vintage Cash Cow in the past and thought I would try these on this occasion- a massive mistake. A one star review is too good for these con-merchants

The process was really simple. I packed up an assortment of items, from old watches and costume jewellery to an old pewter/silver trinket box. Free to post.
They were very quick to give me a quote and even quicker to transfer the money.
I also liked the fact that I wasn’t bombarded with messages when I initially contacted them as it took me a while to get everything organised.
I would use them again.

After receiving a rather disappointing offer from another well heard of company offering a similar facility, I contacted dontaitonit. Received my pack quickly and after sending goods, was pleasantly surprised by the offer which I received very quickly. It was almost double the previous offer. I was over the moon. Will definitely use these guys again. 👍

This process was really easy put your items in the prepaid envelope and send! An offer is texted and then you can choose to accept or not. If your stuff is too big you put in a bigger box but use the same label. The process is brilliant.

We sent a bag of items with a couple of vintage watches, we got an offer of £25. Just one of the watches was worth more than that.
Refused the offer, and asked 3 times now for the items back. Still no answer.
This is theft, i have pictures of every item, so I will be reporting this matter to the police in the next couple of days.

Speedy service, sent the package on Sunday afternoon, got a quote on Wednesday, accepted the quote and money in the bank within 30 minutes.

I was looking for somewhere to sell off unwanted goods and tried this company and am very satisfied with the values offered and how the whole system is so easy. Getting the free postage and packaging is very helpful and dealt with ease at the Post Office and notification back is very punctual so you are not waiting for days for a reply.

Somewhat skeptical to begin with I can only say how pleased I was with the experience.Customer service was excellent and fast. I was kept up to date with texts and was pleased to accept their offer. The money was in my bank the next day. I don't know whether I may have been offered more somewhere else but this was such an easy offered and all postage paid that I couldn't be bothered to try different places. I would recommend Don't Sit On It.

I've used Don't Sit On It twice now and found the experience so quick and easy, and the people who deal with you both pleasant and helpful.
All in all, a good way to get rid of items you either no longer collect or need.

We spent the last week of the holidays sorting out the house, we had a lot of items we had inherited from our parents which have just been stored in boxes in the loft. I saw the advert for Don't Sit on It and decided to see if any of the items were worth anything. Received a bag, packed it up with a few items which, to me, were of little value and sent it off. A reasonable offer came by text a few days later, which I accepted as none of the items were of any use to me. Money was deposited in my account minutes after I sent through my bank details. Easy process, recommend.

I sent the free postage package on 12 August 2025 via my local post office. Royal Mail tracking shows pacakge to have been delivered on 13 August at 9.18am. To date I have not been contacted by phone or text, despite the 'Don't sit on it' claim that you will be contacted within 24 hours. I email the help centre on 21 August, no reply. I have sent another email via the Don't sit on it website as there appear to be noone answering the telephone service. The items I sent were gold. This service is a scam. USE at your peril. I will look to report this to the police.

A quick and very good experience sent it off and in 2 days had a good offer and money straight into my account will be using them again

Simple and speedy service from requesting g the postage pack , sending the box of items and getting an offer plus fast payment as promised . Send your items we were surprised at the offer first class company and the lady who called was brilliant

Absolutely appalling offers (sent some old toys off and at least one of them was worth approx £80) got an offer of £43! Do not use these, find the time and sell your items on auction sites. Items were returned broke as well.

I applied on line for the information and packaging etc. Received everything needed the next day. Supplied is a large tough plastic package, bubble wrap and an address lable. Please note it is free postage.
I sent an assortment of goods in a cardboard box using the address lable. Within 2 days I received an offer via text which I accepted. The money was in my bank the same day.
I can highly recommend this company they are honest, trustworthy and fair. I couldn't have wished fir a better service.
