Excellent communication and quick response to requests. Phoebe was very friendly and demonstrated agility, competence, and a willingness to help.

We have been looking for a suitable rental property for a couple of months now, and I have to say that Doolittle and Dalley have been really proactive in assisting us. We have been dealing mostly with Phoebe. She has been really responsive to requests for viewing and on follow up. We also met another letting agent today called Rosanna. They are both really polite, friendly and helpful. We have dealt with a number of letting agents recently and we must commend Doolittle and Dalley for their customer service because it has surpassed any of the other agents we have had contact with. Well done D&D and a special thanks to Phoebe and Rosanna.

We sold my deceased mother-in-laws house with Doolittle & Dalley Kidderminster and found the team to be extremely kind and professional. Kristina came to do the valuation she was very helpful, kind and compassionate and explained everything to us and made us feel at ease. She also kept in contact with us by phone throughout the sale. When we accepted an offer from the buyer Lisa took over the sale process, she was absolutely marvellous she emailed us weekly with updates from the buyer and chased both the buyer Solicitors and ours to completion. Thank you Kristina and Lisa for making the sale process less daunting and easy. We would definitely recommend this estate agent if you are looking to sell.

Phoebe helped us navigate the troubled waters of doing business without recourse to a smartphone (never seen the need for one), especially the ID process and, even moreso, when internet access to other institutions' apps failed us. She helped us find ways to complete these parts of the process towards successful completion.

Everyone at D&D has been very helpful - despite not having the easiest time of it with my very quick turnaround on a letting. Phoebe particularly has been very responsive and done what she can to push things ahead as fast as possible, backed up by all the other staff there.

I just wanted to say that I met a lovely young lady called Phoebe who showed me around a nice property I was looking at renting recently She was good to talk to and made the experience joyful I have been dealing with quite a few different letting agents in the recent months And I'm sad to say that some don't make you feel good about what you are doing or going through at all Some have been quite abrupt It's very disheartening to deal with when you are already dealing with a very emotional time However this agency and the lovely phoebe didn't do that They treated me like a person And for that I am very grateful So thank you it is appreciated J

Ive now met with 4 people from the company, in the context of helping me to find a rental property. Today Holly met with me in Kidderminster. She travelled from the Bromsgrove office. My appt time to view was 11am. Holly arrived at 10.45 much to my delight as I was early. Once again D&D came up trumps with Holly. She was friendly, warm and inviting and very attentive and reassuring, as she was aware I was looking for my first rental. Holly was very professional, again with really good rental knowledge. She allowed me to complete the application form in the property and answered my questions very well. Holly is another employee, who is a credit to D&D!
