Serious Fraud by Doo Prime – Unauthorized Trades & Fabricated Documents

A serious misconduct by Doo Prime that wiped my trading account without my knowledge or consent.

On April 22 at 23:45 server time, shortly after Doo Prime temporarily locked their trading platform for a few minutes as they often do, multiple suspicious positions were opened in my account. All of them were large SELL positions, opened with high volume, no stop loss or take profit, and without any request or confirmation by me.

I did not execute these trades manually nor through any expert advisor. These positions were likely opened by Doo Prime’s own internal systems, potentially through unauthorized connection to their copy trading or VPS system, as evidenced by a VPS-related message that appeared in my MetaTrader log.

Within minutes, all 16 positions were closed in heavy loss and my entire account was wiped. The closing of these trades does not appear in my official MetaTrader log file, which confirms they were not closed through a standard trading mechanism. It appears they were force-closed internally, bypassing normal user-side execution.

I contacted Doo Prime immediately. After long delays, they only sent two types of documents:
    1.    A partial MetaTrader log file that shows only 4 positions (positions 2 to 5), with the first position and its VPS message deliberately excluded. Also, the log is partially locked – the request/confirm sections are locked and cannot reveal the real IP or trigger origin.
    2.    An Excel-style table showing 16 positions, but clearly not from MetaTrader. All rows show the same KB code and same IP 1515164, which is not possible in real MT5 logs where KBs and IPs are dynamic. One of these positions (ID 134445700) appears in both documents but has different KB codes in each – further proof the documents are fabricated.

Doo Prime initially acknowledged the VPS and claimed to be reviewing the issue. Later, they stopped responding entirely and failed to provide any full, original log from MetaTrader despite multiple follow-ups. It has now been over 60 days with no clear answer.

I have contacted regulators, but most of the licenses Doo Prime claims (e.g. Mauritius, Seychelles, Vanuatu) are either inactive, falsely attributed, or not willing to take any responsibility – which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their regulatory structure.

This case may not be isolated. It is very possible that other clients have been affected by similar practices without realizing it. I strongly urge others to check their logs and seek clarification when suspicious behavior occurs.

All evidence clearly shows that the documents provided by Doo Prime are not from MetaTrader, are low-quality, altered, and manually constructed. Their behavior is extremely unprofessional and potentially fraudulent.

My full account was wiped without any valid explanation, and Doo Prime has refused to send transparent and original documentation. This should not happen at any serious broker.

UPDATE after reply from Doo Prime:

I received a generic reply telling me to contact en.support However, I had already been emailing that address since May 9, and never received a meaningful response. I have already sent full documentation (including MetaTrader logs and proof of unauthorized VPS activity) to their compliance team. If they are serious, they already have everything needed to resolve the case.

This kind of redirection without proper investigation only shows how they are trying to delay or ignore real client complaints.

I crated an account with doo prime…

I crated an account with doo prime broker and start trading after 2,3 withdrawals in Friday i took GOLD buy trades with proper TAKE PROFIT AND STOPLOSS in Monday my TAKE PROFITS hits and after 4 hrs i got an email that my trades are under review so i can only submit a withdrawal request up to my initial deposit,i replied them via email and after a few minutes my funds wiped out from my MT4 and webportal from Monday to till now i sent them alot of email and daily i am asking to their live support where are my funds but they are not responding my account manager is also saying that she has no update so for me the broker is scam and they only theft client money.I saw alot of negative review here about doo prime and in all people are saying the same story.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER..THEY ARE HOLDING CLIENTS PAYMENT....SCAM BROKER

DOO prime, Dubai Office.

DOO prime, in Dubai, is a fraudulent company, employing salespeople to use hard core sales techniques to chase clients to invest money in their platform DOO Prime, and then defrauds them, showing a loss in profits by demonstrating a few trades on their own platform.
The whole setup including a big office and Sports sponsorships is all very impressive but designed to deceive unwary investors, to give an impression of professionalism, though they are actually just swindlers.
I invested US$5,000.00, though they were insisting on an investment of at least US$10,000.00.
One of their sales person had promised to manage the account and generate profits. This person placed a few trades on the platform in Gold and showed the whole amount as a loss, within five days.
The account stands at 0.00 now.
Now they want me to invest more money, to recover the lost amount.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BASED IN INDIA, CONTACTED ME PROMISING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW AND INITIALLY DID RESPOND BACK BUT THEN WENT SILENT AND IS NOT RESPONDING.

No "Ultra Low Latency"

DP claims ultra low latency on their site as low as 50ms. Since start their execution time was above 100ms at a 9ms ping on metaquotes. My account manager was very diligent on trying to help me fix this but their infraestructure or real doing business doesnt work has they never can fullfill the 50ms of execution. Even worst after 2-3 weeks trading above 100ms they even climbed to +200ms. Their copy trading also have a lot of latency. After that then they request $50k for a fix api to warrante that 50ms or below execution time.
