Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough to make our group bookings special. Cannot recommend Door2Tour enough, especially Hayley Crane who has been our contact for several years now.

Very poor service, trying to book failed to ring me back twice, a bit of a mix up with pick up point had to sort it out myself. My advice book direct with tour companies .
Would not use them again.

We did have a great weekend with gold crest and would Definitely book directly with them in the future.

Easy to book and excellent experience when contacting customer services with a query.

I love the film Mrs Doubtfire and have been seeing the trailers for Mrs Doubtfire the musical for a while and the reviews look really good so I decided to book for me and my partner as a Christmas treat. The booking was easy and quick to do which was a big plus. The only thing I would say is there aren’t any tours that go from where I live in Woolacombe (where we moved to 2 years ago) but luckily we still have family in Redditch where we moved from and where we have caught the coach to go on tours before so we can stay with them just before and after the trip.

Found the deal I was looking for, booked with ease.

I saw a holiday to Prague, Vienna and Budapest which I wanted to book but didn't know which company to go with as Just Go, Leger and Shearings were doing it.
Hayley sent me a full breakdown of what each coach company was offering, board, hotels, included excursions and optional ones, which days would be spent in each place and a host of other information which I couldn't obtain myself. This allowed me to spend time reading through at leisure and being able to make an informed decision. Every query I had Hayley answered promptly and there were many questions from me at the time but a response was always forthcoming very quickly and there were many emails between us at this time whilst I made up my mind which company I should travel with.

We were let down at the last minuet by another tour company on a Turkey and Tinsel 5 day trip. I phoned Door2Tour and Caroline was most helpful and found us a replacement holiday. Thank you and we are now looking forward tou our trip.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff

I have used this company before to do group bookings 18_22 people. They research the area/event we want to attend and source the rooms we need. We usually need quite a few single rooms as most passengers are 80+. Also walk in showers, and low floor rooms.
Confirmation and room break down then sent to me. Absolutely fantastic. Phone calls and voice mails are followed up immediately. Have spoken to Caroline and Hayley who are very experienced and efficient. BRILLIANT use every time we book now. Takes the hassle out of online booking

On line booking was easy and I am looking forward to the tour. The tour is going ahead in January 25 so cant comment on tour but really looking forward to going.

We’ve booked a trip with Door2Tour, and have been very pleased with the booking process so far. Hayley has been very informative and helpful and we are looking forward to our trip in November and will hopefully be leaving another positive review after our holiday.

Excellent booking service. Very easy to contact on the phone. Very very helpful staff. Polite, friendly and efficient. Customer service second to none. Just booked our first coach trip with this company and would definitely recommend they explained all the trip thoroughly and make booking so easy. Will be using them again!!!!
