A prompt solution and professional customer service.
DPD did not come to my house for delivery and sent a msg that they missed me and digital reply for collection in a post office which is far and not local to me.
I sent an email to the company complaining about DPD trick. They phoned me back straight away and offered to send another battery by ensuring this was delivered to my house with a choice to drop it in the letter box.
I could not believe it first and then realized that there is this business providing excellent service while there is so much mess up by many companies at present. Thank you.

I'm an electrician rather than a door entry installer but occasionally get asked by customes to replace odd bits on entry phone systems.
