No issues, parts were delivered as expected
My living room door hinges had failed and I found replacement parts were available cheaper here than those listed on a major retailer's site. Email communication was good and the parts arrived by DPD courier. Delivery was not cheap but the overall cost was cheaper than just paying from the parts from the other source. My only observation was that they could have come in some kind of padded envelope, not the vastly oversized box they actually came in. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great service but check sizes
A good choice of handles at good prices. However, I bought Georgian scroll privacy handles to match existing and they were identical except that the new backplate is 5mm shorter with the holes in slightly different places plus visible faded paint where the original handles were. Only temporary but accurate dimensions would be useful. Not a fault of the door handle store though.

More than happy with the start to finish process. Good website, good variety of door handles and the price was very competitive. I had trouble finding the right size or rose diameter elsewhere. Delivered earlier than advised so fitted straight away.
