Absolutely excellent customer service, super helpful people, in general a great experience! I ordered from Norway, which is not a country you could choose shipping to, but received a response right away that they could sort it out and let me order anyways. I received the handles promptly and box was packed well. Love the new handles that have changed the look of my Ikea bedroom furniture… they had all the right sizes for wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
