Promised to provide correct size trickle vent but they never materialise! Windows fine but let down by after service.

I needed a door for a porch I was having built, I was looking for a green door. The one that I saw on line, would be great. I called and was told it was available. So I purchased it and then received a call to say that it had already been sold. I was very disappointed so I called them up and was told that they would be able to find me this door again. Which they did in the colour I wanted and this was delivered to my home. So I am pleased with the service I received from doors 4u.

We ordered ex display French doors from the website. I emailed to check a few details and got a swift response. The doors were delivered promptly but there was an issue, however our main contact Bob was very communicative and sorted the problem as quickly as he could. Excellent service and we now have gorgeous doors on our garden office!

Great company, great door. I made a mistake with my order and they sorted it immediately and easily. Delivery was within a week and the driver was both lovely and helpful.

I needed a smaller door that standard pretty quickly. They managed to add the frosted glass and post days before I did really need it. Very happy with the service and door quality. Thanks!

Website easy to use. Contact and comms after was easy. Minor delivery issue was dealt with promptly and without question. This involved a partial refund, which again was addressed professionaly and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Purchased a miss measured window, one delivered opened on the opposite side to one purchased (yes I re checked the photos).

Ended up replacing the window again very soon after from another supplier and found that doors4u was neither cheap or the best of quality in comparison. Wouldn't bother with again unless urgent.
