Excellent and professional experience from start to finish. Firstly, we received a wonderful welcome from Shauna in the showrooms. She was extremely helpful and guided us in our choices. Follow-up from Alan was very helpful and very much appreciated. Finally, installation and finishing of the doors - all top class from Robbie W. Excellent products - even better service.

Having used doors and floors several times over the years this is my first review. Excellent service received yet again from Norman at the Benton branch. Very professional and always a competitive price. Also wanted to mention Jonny & Lee who installed the flooring throughout the whole house including the stairs. Again very professional and fantastic finish. Would highly recommend the team

Thank you to Neil who advised us on what we get for our oak bannister, he was very professional and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted.

Great service at the shop giving great advice on what flooring we would need, and the quantity. Really friendly service. Fitters Dean and David did 2 full (and I mean full) days works fitting it . Brilliant fit, tidiest contractors I have employed, and very friendly. Extra work (plinths and doors) on top of what I expected.. 10/10

Visited the store to look at flooring and after chatting with one of the staff , who gave great advice on our flooring and banister/ glass ect, we bought flooring for our living room. The flooring was great quality we went back and bought more for the rest of the house . We've visited the shop three times and it's been three different staff members working, all pleasant and knowledgeable great customer service. I would definitely recommend

we went to look at flooring and as we had all our questions answered in a friendly no rush manner we went ahead and ordered. within a week the flooring was delivered and laid by the dynamic duo Neil and Darren!

We recently used the Benton store and the customer service received was exceptional. Norman was a pleasure to deal with and we’re really pleased with the quality and finish of the flooring.

The recommended fitter Sam did a great job in next to no time.

I have used Doors and Floors numerous times. Lovely family run business. All staff are always very helpful, will give you advice if you are uncertain of anything. Prices are reasonable, wide range of staircases, doors and floors to choose from.
Delivery was on time.
I always recommend this Company to anyone who is wanting doors or flooring. Definitely worth 5 stars plus

Paul at the Blaydon store was very helpful in showing us LVT flooring options and we eventually settled on the Hydro Loc product.

We wanted herringbone and their reccomended fitter Joni Swift did a brilliant job.

We are very happy with our new floor, it is of a very high quality and it’s totally transformed our home.

We highly recommend the Benton branch with plenty of guidance through their laminate ranges. Extremely pleased with the result in our hall, and extended kitchen, and garden room. Also thanks to Johnny their recommended fitter, extremely professional together with Phil.

We recently visited both the showrooms at Blaydon and Benton where we found the service to be excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they went out of their way to assist us in choosing flooring, even to the extent of giving us samples to view at home in order to ensure that we made the right choice. We also noticed the display of glass stair cases in the showroom and after deciding that this product would also be ideal for us, appointments were made for a fitter to visit and take all necessary measurements. Craig Walton was the fitter and he was just as helpful as the showroom staff. He was quite meticulous in his approach, installing the staircase and fitting the flooring, and the work was completed to our complete satisfaction. The standard of Craig's work is truly exceptional and this comment applies equally to the showroom staff in their customer care. We cannot recommend Doors and Floors too highly - we're absolutely delighted.

I went to doors & floors direct for some finishing touches to my staircase. I had the pleasure of dealing with a guy called Neil who literally couldn't have been more helpful. It is unusual these days to find somebody who is willing to go above and beyond, but Neil really was. A million thank yous to Neil and I'll definitely go back there next time I'm doing house upgrades.

Used Doors & Floors twice for laminate and a door. Great products and price. Thomas the joiner put the flooring down with his apprentice. Thomas went above and beyond what was expected. Nothing was too much trouble and he cleaned up after himself. We have him booked again to lay more flooring and fit more doors in a few weeks time.

Efficient and friendly staff provided us with precisely the door product/s we requested which were then installed by a polite and professional fitter. Recommended.

Just want to say how fantastic Doors and Floors at Blaydon Newcastle have been. Not only have they sold me a fantastic wood floor the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend this shop, friendly , helpful great overall service

Absolutely First Class from start to finish! Having had a disasterous experience with Amtico flooring and Tecaz, Liam could not have been more helpful in accommodating my general concerns of floor suppliers. He helped choose what has turned out to be an absolutely fabulous floor. We were able to take samples and send images for advice on durability and the rooms we wanted to cover. Both fitters Sean and Sam arrived early every day and always kept me informed of timescales and any additional requirements needed for maintenance of the floor. They could not have been more helpful. I have already recommended Doors and Floors to family and would have no hesitation in doing so again and again. Superb. Thank you.

If you are unfortunate enough to use Doors and Floors Direct, be prepared for an unfounded character assassination if you dare to complain about the quality of service or products received.

Please see below a lovely display of responses they have made to an array of unhappy customers. As a small family business, who apparently pride themselves on customer service, I suggest whoever responds to these negative reviews undergoes further training on how to politely respond to complaints. As I believe you do not represent Doors and Floors Direct in a professional manner.

👎 Thanks for your 1 star review. I see from your recent reviews of Doors and Floors, Tapi Carpets and The Furniture Superstore, you get ignored a lot. Perhaps instead of ‘standing there and waving the guy over’ you could make yourself known to the staff in future with a hello.

👎 I would also like to note that you have stated in further correspondence that we should have offered as a small gesture of goodwill - a refund of the door £95.53. We are now in a position where we have a delivery driver who has expressed the desire not to deliver to you again, a fitter who would not wish to fit for you again and a member of staff who would not want to deal with you again. It is unfortunate that as a company we are not able to "review" our customers, if we were able to we would certainly return a 1-star review to you.
