No delivery and zero communication
Ordered 2 items on the Monday. By Friday nothing had arrived. Spoke to company who said they were waiting on stock and that they would go out today being the Friday. Was told they would be with me by Monday. Monday then Tuesday nothing arrived. Phoned the company again on Wednesday who then told me they were still out of stock - all that time no emails or calls to say it wasn't in stock. Then the company told me to use one of their competitors to get the parts. Absolute joke.
