Previous order from them was really good . But my last order was a problem. Left them a voicemail and sent them an email as I had ordered an paid fixed days earlier. No response to either my voicemail or email.called them again today was told the item was out of stock and would be in next week.they could not be bothered to let me know that this was the situation previously.Won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a door closer and it took nearly two weeks to arrive. After a week I emailed asking where it was, initially didn't get a response, then when I threatened to cancel the order I got an unapologetic reply to say that the item had been posted that day - it took nearly another week to arrive due to Easter!

Order placed and paid for on the 10th March.
Now the 20th, still no product and after numerous phone calls going to mobile voicemail, still no response.

Don’t throw away your money
I ordered door closers online as it looked like they were in stock, but when I got the invoice it was apparent they didn’t have them. I contacted them by phone as this was a rush job and they agreed to refund me, that was 20 days ago. Email messages bounce back and they won’t answer the phone. £660 out of pocket. I will pursue a chargeback but I can do without the hassle
