Quick order and delivery.
Great product.

Everything about this order was excellent. Very easy to order, the kick plate is super high quality and much cheaper than any of the chain shops and even comes with screws. Time of order to arriving at my home was 3 days. I can highly recommend.

Ordered on jan 18th and paid
no sign of my order and got an answering machine
They seem to be working from a house If I don't hear Im going to ask for my money back

It will be helpful if you can keep your customers in loop when you have or not yet dispatched the items because we depend on that to also deliver to our clients as per your delivery schedule. I was a bit disappointed when my delivery come after 3 days when yet I was entitled to a next day delivery and this is after I called to make sure my order definitely will come next day

Great service, goid product deluvered on time

Ordered goods on 18th Dec, today it's 4th of January still no delivery or invoice, sent email on 18th Dec requesting invoice and expected delivery date. Received reply on 3rd Jan.
promised delivery today, still not received.
Very poor customer service

i rang the telephone number advertised 4 or5 times but nobody bothered to answer or call back. In the end i did not buy any thing from you. I brought the goods i needed from Howdens instead even though it cost me three hundred pounds more. They welcomed my order.

I am still waiting for the order to arrive. If it ever does get delivered then I might be in a position to give you a review

Excellent service on the phone and by post very quick turnaround and excellent advice on the telephone, recommend.

Slow Delivery - goods shown in stock, should have been delivered next working day - Delivered 3 days after I ordered, very poor service. I was told it "may take 2 days because it is Scotland" - plus it wasn't dispatched on the day of order so not quite as promised.

Even after more than 3 days I am waiting an update about my order

Thank you! pleased with the service, my only comment would be that I was not made aware that the item in question was not in stock, when placing the order and paying for it. However, on speaking with you i was given a delivery date that was indeed met.

The quick delivery of the order that we purchased

Firstly, I had 2 orders with this Company, who were the most competitive price wise I could find.
First order never showed up. Called them and they advised Courier lost parcel, they seemed aware of this before I called. Agreed to send out order again (Friday) and recvd it Monday.
Second order also never showed up. Called them on a Wednesday and they said it was out of stock even thought the initial order showed in stock. Told me they would get new stock in next day Thursday and get to me day after Friday. Re-arranged whole work schedule based on this then order showed up Thursday.
I have given 3 stars as the prices are good, and I did eventually get all my orders.
But I wont order from them again, cant trust in stock items are actually in stock, or delivery times advertised on their web site.
There is no info against each order of despatch date / tracking info / eta etc, in fact no communication from them at all. (Although they take the money straight away - item in stock or not).
I personally would rather pay a bit more and just get the delivery as scheduled and advertised. Shame.
