Just purchased a new dining table and 6 chairs. We were supported superbly in our decision making by Danny Balcerzak. Danny took our needs and turned them into realistic options for us to consider. He provided table surface samples for us to take away and review at home. He came in to store today on his day off to help us make the final choice. Throughout we loved the relaxed but professional and highly knowledgeable approach with no pressure to buy whilst knowing what buying signals to home in on. Great salesman - came away with 6 perfect chairs initially we had not intended to buy! But…they are just what we need. Also gave us a very competitive price with honest timelines for delivery.
Store recommended by a friend and we would not hesitate to return in the future. Thanks Danny!

We have ordered a lovely new suite from Doorway to Value. Steve Corns the salesman was very informative, helpful, polite and not pushy. We are very satisfied with the customer service provided.

Stephen Corn was attentive to our needs, he listened and guided us around what was available. He gave advice but was never pushy and we were given time to decide. He took our order after which I found a cheaper price. I contacted Stephen after checking the facts rang me and price marched my order.

A well designed facility with beautiful furniture & many displays. We were made to feel welcome & once we had made our choice the service was Excellant. I would highly recommend.

We went to DTV to choose some furniture for my mother. We were met by Darren, an absolute professional who guided us to what we needed with zero pressure and lots of humour. We found exactly what was right for my mum and couldn’t believe the deal that Darren offered us. He was very honest and helpful, there was never any upsell or pressure, in fact quite the opposite, he advised against buying two recliners in place of just one and a normal chair. We were done and dusted in about 40 minutes, and had a nice cup of tea in the process. We cannot recommend this company highly enough, and that goes for Darren too. Thank you very much!

We had been searching for ages for the perfect sideboard and sofas to go in our family room. We went to Doorway to Value and found that there was so much choice. Kelly and Richard were particularly helpful, very knowledgeable about products and happy to help us search for what we were looking for.
We ordered our sideboard with Kelly and a sofa from Richard and they both made it really easy.

Great place to shop for furniture. Love the way you're left to browse at leisure, then when you make your decision the staff are so helpful but never pushy. Peter Williams helped us with our purchase yesterday, very friendly and polite, as are all the staff.

We went into Doorway to Value and were very impressed on the amount of quality furniture they had on display. There is exceptional choice, you are given time to look around without hard sell tactics which is a great as there is nothing I hate more. We have bought from here many times and the last two times it was David Thomson that has dealt with us. He is professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

We visited the store over the weekend to purchase our sofa & bed for our first time home. Both Richard & Ian were very helpful in both departments and were able to get us good deals without any pressure. We were explained the new house package and were able to lock in our bed order at the price on the day but hold the order until we have a completion date.
